Hello @airtelindia I had took a new broadband connection on Sunday.Your company service provider had words with me that the connection will establish on Monday.still we are waiting but they didn't give us any responce . your rajasthan customer care number is also not working.

@airtelindia super unhappy with your service. Your team had come over to rectify the complain of broadband couple of hours back but again I am facing the same issue. Time to switch to @reliancejio fiber I feel. Also .. too expensive cost of plans with less speed.

@airtelindia waiting since morning the airtel Dth people are frauds they charge money for a yearly package and stop in between by one reason or other best known to them and at customer care they don't even give Complaint no. Never opt for airtel dth they are looting customers .

@airtelindia @airtelindia It's good when it works. My experience is very bad. I went with fiber xtream one month back and raised 7 requests in one month for service unoperational. Still internet is not working from 26+ hours. Received SMAS twice that representative will visit to troubleshoot

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia At my place max. time have coverage of Band 2300. Which is very slow in data speed. We have 4G VoLTE connection. But data speed is less than 2G. Some time auto. switch to 1800 which is good in speed. Why can't you fix and give reliable speed?
