    Totally unethical and unprofessional behavior @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. You issue a bill with higher rental. Your executive tells me I can downgrade to services with lower rentals if I dont want a higher bill. Or free to exit. Have requested for disconnecting services.

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic On the name of platinum sevice you charge thousands of rs monthly and when giving service neither your local engineer responds and neither your cal centre responds. From several days your service engineers they are not responding and customer care your system is not responding
