@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have an issue with my Airtel SIM which abruptly went out of service. Tried all troubleshooting steps but no luck. Airtel can't do anything and now asking me to purchase a new SIM. Robbed me of my recharge and kept me stranded. Very Disappointed!

@airtelindia I have Airtel fibre net at my home and once every week there is a technical issue randomly that cuts off the internet! Why don't you compensate the user with the hours lost to the issue? Unreliable Internet.
