    @airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

    From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

    @airtelindia @airtel_Presence This is my second request for help. My unlimited 5G data stopped working sometime last year and still doesn’t work, no matter which prepaid pack I recharge with. I’ve been an Airtel user for years and this is frustrating.

    I asked ur support executive to remove a postpaid no from my family plan & convert that to Prepaid,but he removed frm my family plan & added that number to again a postpaid no with 449per month.What kind of service is this? I raised a complaint,resolve it asap. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unethical practices! Paid for 3 months, requested closure within 29 days due to poor service. Your team delayed termination by 4 months & now slashing my ₹1.4k refund to ₹350. Not my fault your backend is slow! Fix this or see you in ConsumerCourt.

    Hey @airtelindia , I’m facing an issue with my Airtel Black family plan. I’ve been trying to remove linked add-on numbers for a long time via app and store visit, but still no resolution. If not fixed soon, I’ll file a complaint with telecom authorities. Please help ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing unacceptable delay in Airtel Black bundling. It’s been 3 days and my request is still stuck as “Order Delay” and “in-progress”. Duplicate requests have been created but no resolution yet. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. .

    @airtelindia I am a airtel user and prepaid customer. You are charging high charge we pay for use quality network and 5g speed.. but the hars reality is that in Bhubaneswar your network and speed of 5g is totally 0 .and your customer service is very bad 😞😞. Kndly resolv. Issue
