From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

@airtelindia despite repeated reminder airtel has not settled/refund my advance payment for broadband connection, which i discotinue after poor service. It is four month now and despite reply of processsing of refund amount my refund is not process. Either you refund amount.
