From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

The kind of difficulty I've been facing due to @airtelindia's services is too much. I was promised a speed of 40mbps when i took the connection within a week but then it's been 2 months now and I'm still struck at 2mbps and for 2 months now airtel customer care is fooling me.
