@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

But your employees refused to accept it and ask me get Color ID proof with original document, I explained abt call center details, they replied that your CC center not been updated I waited in line in vain for an hour. very worst experience @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have done a recharge on wrong number by mistake from amazon. It's a big recharge amount for me so kindly help to reverse it. I did this recharge from Amazon. They are saying operator can help on this.

@airtelindia I have ported my 2 numbers to Airtel. But even after providing proof of no outstanding airtel has stopped 2 times my number. No whatsapp, no customer care number had resolved the issue. Old operator has confirmed twice but still Airtel is not satisfied. Horrible

Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia service. Got a new broadband connection - the technician fitted it wrongly and disappeared. And not taking calls now!
