Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

Their helpline No. is another fraud as after entering my correct RTN and customer ID repeatedly their IVR is so programned that it reports wrong registered mobile Or customer ID No. It is a scam.
