    From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

    @airtelindia my monthly bill is has given from your side 1481 I have unsubscribe the Amazon prime Europe from but from your side you had charges me the 999 rupees for the Amazon prime video just I have call stayed at customer care but I did not get a proper answer from your side

    @airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

    @airtelindia What a pathetic failure in resolving an issue?! @Airtel_Presence people are not even reading the message above theirs are sending me the same old story even after sharing screenshots saying it is not working. I give up. I cannot stand this. What a disappointment !

    Thereafter backend closing the request/complaint mentioned as issue got resolved I think airtel will respond on this issue Call to me and talk accordingly I'm wasting my money Wosrt ever service @airtelindia @NeerajAirtel What the hell is going on..

    @mauryavijai @airtelindia if you have data on a mobile device, please use the my airtel App (register using regd mobile number of the landline), tap on the number -> help and support -> I am unable to use Internet. It will detect and raise a support request automatically.

    @airtelindia Even your officers are telling me to "Go ahead and complain" is this how you treat your customers once you get payment done.. Kindly send someone tomorrow my city is not a big smart city like wtf you want 20days in a small town where your airtel fiber box is just above my head
