    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been complaining about my Wi-Fi for months now. Every day I have to use the help option in the app. Every week, I have to call the local representative for a wi-fi connection issue. Horrible service. I think I will shift to @reliancejio now

    My Phone lost. Need urgent Airtel SIM block to prevent misuse. Customer care is only asking me to visit a store, but stores are closed. Please help block my SIM and guide me on getting a duplicate SIM with the same number. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel

    Worst customer services by @airtelindia . They will take advance payment from them and then you keep running after them. Total fraud. Sales people have so baf attitude. They won't even pick call after taking payment @TRAI

    @airtelindia It's been over 24 hours since I reported a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, there has been no resolution or response. Requesting immediate attention and a prompt resolution. #PoorService #CustomerSupport
