I’m having big time trouble for last 5 days with #Airtel dongle/WiFi hotspot on 499 plus taxes plan that supposed to give me better internet. What the hell went wrong in last 5 days @airtelindia ? @Airtel_Presence ? I’ve ported out 2 mobiles, will port another if not fixed.

suggestion for you all use local isp but dont believe on airtel fibre connection because they will take money and not respond to any call message and customer support team will only say that they are working on it but noone will help worst service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia the customer service is not the greatest.. Sales executives lack training. They hardly know about tv packages they are suggesting customers. I am still waiting for the call back from customer care. Disappointed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is there a way for a customer to reach out to Airtel and raise a request to enable WiFi calling on a particular device? I have absolutely no coverage at my location, and my device is not supported by Airtel for WiFi calling.
