    @airtelindia on 18th i placed my shifting request nothing is done yet.taken my I'd proof n documents still no call. Today is the 5th day. Still nothing,if you guys don't want to shift my connection then refund my amount n disconnect. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia @airtelindia - Airtel service is getting worst. a single DTH connection they cannot provide from past 15 days. Even I escalated to Nodal Officers and Appellate team "Mr. Saumil Agrawal", even they are least bothered to answers the emails. #WorstService

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, want to bring to your notice about your service standards in Dwarka area. I have Airtel-Black connection. Service staff in our area is quite high-headed. It has been 3 days but DTH complaint has not been resolved. Complaint has been made.

    @airtelindia I am losing patience with airtel and more than happy to move to other provider as soon I find a viable alternative. Sir your customer care sucks. Every time an agent calls and wants to know the issue. Why aren’t you keeping notes of the complaint and start from there
