    @airtelindia @airtelnews I changed my iphone and now while inserting the sim, it just stopped working. Your customer care tells me that I have to visit the airtel store only to get a new sim.This is the second time this is happening. I have to travel like 12 kms in total

    @airtelindia last Sunday I ported my sim card from VI to Airtel and paid for FRC now 2 days back my MNP was completed but the person who completed he didn't make FRC also not responding kindly provide he contact details else I file legal complaint against you.

    @airtelindia Reminder: my recharge pack clearly mentions Unlimited 5G, but it is still not working on my number. I am in Pune, PIN 411028, where 5G coverage is available. Please stop sending generic replies and resolve this issue as per the benefits mentioned on the pack.

    Extremely poor service by @airtelindia wanted to get a new wifi connection yet service engineers would come to install yet would take payment in advance. extremely poor service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm constantly getting just 4g in my location. Earlier it was a good 5g (3 months ago). I have 4 postpaid sim and 1 airtel wifi. Such a bad service #airtel #airtelblackout

    Don’t buy this ****** @airtelindia wifi if you got any work to do. These people only give false promises and ground reality is zero. From last 40+ hours my wifi is down and there senior representatives/ escalation team only ask for 1-2 hour to send the engineer, but noone arrives
