  @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Called multiple times — no response, no resolution, zero accountability. This is absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of paying for a service when there’s no support? Fix this immediately or be ready to lose customer .

  If you have connected with @airtelindia service, it's still outdated IVRs, giving you wrong information, and make sure your day is getting spoiled. What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.

  @Airtel_Presence Customer care executive told that within 48 hrs service will be installed and rushed me to make the payment. Is this the new avenue for airtel to get working capital.@airtelindia,

  @airtelindia our village Ariyadka in dakshina kannada in Puttur taluk has no network connectivity. Please install a tower and help us. It is so frustrating without network to reach our loved ones at the time of crisis. @reliancejio

  @airtelindia Really disappointed with the service. I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

  @airtelindia i have porting from jio to airtel 5g for best service in calling and internet but facing server issue calling issue and slow speed why ? If you have uncle to resolve i will do MNP after 3 months Airtel to Jio.Thank You Kindly resolved as soon possible. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews is there any way to contact to customer care. The chat board is not understanding my concern. Almost 2 months ago I disconnected my wifi and am still waiting for a refund. DM is not helping. You guys are harassing me.
