    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic and Lousy indoor coverage, made several complaints, which have yielded no results.Customer care has 2 scripted answers 1.There are no plans to add additional towers at the mentioned location or 2.Please change your Airtel simcard.

    Thank God!! I didn't ported my @airtelindia mobile no to Jio... last year most of the people ported their Airtel num to Jio due to network issue.. now #airtel improved their network.. it's better than Jio..

    @airtelindia I have raised an complaint having Reference No. 90450086 on 06-JUN-2019 13:47:11 regarding network issue I'm facing. But I neither got any response back on my complaint nor my complaint get resolved. Kindly request you to check the same and resolve issue ASAP.

    Pathetic network @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am in Baner, Pune and haven't got any network coverage for the last 1 hour!! Can't make phone calls, waiting for an all important OTP but no @Airtel_Presence just can't give network when it's urgently needed!! Worst network in Pune

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Friend’s number:7755916855 has been billing due to some issues with the billing. He’s tried to reach out the Airtel outlets as well as verification team. But no response. You’ll lose two valuable customers if it doesn’t get resolved in 90 day's

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor after sales service. My fibre net is down 3 times a week. 121 keeps rescheduling the time of repair. Service engineer does not pick the phone. look into it or you’ll lose a valuable customer! Not to forget the are alternatives available.

    @airtelindia 1st complaint logged in 2018 and after 3yrs I am still facing the same problem( internet slow or down ) at home in both the numbers. Pathetic service. I have logged a complaint few days ago but it's not yet resolved. No one in the company is serious about that.

    @airtelindia; Poor customer service and response. I wanted to revise my internet plan but was informed nothing can be done as advance rental paid which is ridiculous. In fact I wanted to move to 999/- plan.

    @airtelindia You guys are only concerned with the visit charge and not by solving the problem of the customer. you are cheating your customers by sending false issue resolve SMS, The service request no.49489298 for Airtel DigitalTV 3000252508 is resolved. But issue is persist.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sim has become inactive on my OnePlus 7 @OnePlus_IN device. Other carriers like vodafone are working fine on the same device and the same airtel sim is working well on other devices. Need help.
