    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unlike the lofty ads of not resting until complaints are zero I guess it is easy to not record anything. Is that the reason your customer care numers aren't working? I need to block a lost sim but just can't get through. Help please.

    I have been trying to reach out via email, since the ticket I raised in the app is marked as closed without any comment and resolution. The email only responds that id is not registered, however in Airtel app this email id shows as verified mail. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @SamsungIndia I'm using @airtelindia 4g sim (Mumbai) and facing problem in Maharashtra circle. It's not airtel fault since the Sim and services works perfectly on my old OnePlus 3t. Something required from Samsung end to fix it.

    @airtelindia i have issue with my Airtel fibre connection and i have raise the issue but it was solved for temporary basis the issue again arise but this time Airtel is not taking my issue as they always tell your issue is resolved my reg no 8574631533 please help
