@airtelindia I had done a recharge of 149. The amount was debited from my account but no message of recharge on the phone, nor I can call or text. I tried calling customer care at 121, apparently didn't find any option to talk to an executive. Please look into the issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence too much internet discontinuity these days. If this continues, I might need to look for other options. Considering I wfh I need constant internet, which is kind of a problem considering loss of service everytime.
