@airtelindia @airtelnews Dear Airtel, You have deactivated my SIM on account of System Upgradation, No intimation received, now asked to replace the SIM, but why SMS/OTP services will be available after 48 Hrs. You are restricting me for financial services. Worst experience.

Just spoke to @airtelindia customer care team and they said if you recharge via 3rd party app you won't get any invoice and we will not provide any invoice also. This is extremely disturbing and I don't know if fraudulent practices have taken place. @CRED_support @CRED_club

Never go for a Airtel xstream broadband connection, its always down no customer care or support and ends up in frustration. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I will never recommend you to use airtel broadband and will switch to better local ISP
