@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you could have made it clear over here itself that for iwatch i need to have postpaid connection and this service is not available ( you took 1 day to clarify) so that means i need to switch to @reliancejio as they provide same service in prepaid . #breakup

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has worst customer service teams. Copy Paste answers, No replies for critical support request. Even Nodal offices don’t reply. Customers are left in lurch. Pathetic.

Hi @airtelindia your customer care service number and the service employees don't provide service even after 20 followups . I hope you are aware that when your wifi is not functional for the entire day and you have a job to deliver in WFH. Please Help @airtelindia
