They say that it cannot be done in the store and i need to go to a camp nearby to do that. It did not make any sense that in scorthing heat u are sending customer to a camp.

Have emailed support as well, but nobody bothers to reply. Today the helpline PoC just would not process the closure, pushing me for other options. Let me know how to escalate.
