    @airtelindia Worst and pathetic service. Raised 4 complaints with Airtel for gst invoice for recharge. As i was not getting the option on Airtel app Without providing any resolution the tickets have been closed Also still unable to download the recharge invoice

    This is the third time in last two months, that I have recharged my phone number, the amount has been deducted but my phone number is not recharged. And no customer care picks the call. Do you want me to shift to another network? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_dth POOR SERVICES! 5 mobile, 2 DTH and 1 OFC internet connections. So called Platinum Member. Wrote several e-mails to club these under 'family'. NO RESPONSE! You could not be worst than this!

    Is this the type of service which we are expecting from @airtelindia. Customer care executive always say to wait for 24 hours. My billing date is on 13th of July. If I not pay the amount I will be charged late fine also. 2/3
