    @Airtel_Presence Lol you people are disgusting @airtelindia you don't provide good service,your net goes slow and sometimes escapes Your customer care is not contactable tried 100 times with different nos And if finally we get a chance to talk to the customer care, their behaviour goes rude👎

    "A frustrated customer" of Airtel Xstream broadband, i have been calling customer care "everyday" since 11/11/21 sometimes even 4 times in a day, but my broadband issue has not been resolved yet! Service request no. 10001263994. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ConsumerReports

    Dear @airtelindia customer unfriendly behave costs ultimately to service provider. Stop pushing your app. Allow the customer's full control on his account via website login with password, no forced OTP. And Why usage and balance of #data can not be tracked by website login???

    @airtelindia a company is great if they have happy customers not just by adding subscribers .Terrible service . Helpless executives . No response of complaints. Call drops . Cross connections .Customer from past 15 years but leaving Airtel disappointed. @TRAI

    I recharged for mobile no.87299 12131 from paynearby and the recharge is successful but benefits is not given.They said to contact airtel customer care with this id-1539969530 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of most pathetic service ever, and customer care executives are so insensitive towards business, as they can't resolve the problem they ask the customer to disconnect the services, happy to discontinue the services of Airtel DTH after 10 years

    I couldn't work from home this week due to @airtelindia poor service. 5 leaves has been added to my account. Please don't go for @airtelindia fixed line if you have to work from home. Don't trust on @airtelindia fixed line service.I really pass this to all my friends.Poor service
