    @airtelindia Have to take a decision. I'm being pushed out. Am an old loyal broadband customer. Despite several complaints nothing changed! Customer care people are extremely unprofessional! Moreover they lie! Just parroting words of no use! Obnoxious! I'm at my wit's end!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request no 10000334851 for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 061210057543_dsl. Service is very bad. From yesterday noon the link is down till now. No action has been taken. Some says fiber broken some says FAT disturbed and blah blah blah.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE NOTE. AIRTLE CUSTOMER CARE EXEC REFUSED MY REQUEST TO CANCEL BROADBAND BECAUSE APPARENTLY THAT WAS NOT A 'VALID' REASON. (1)
