    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    Hi @airtelindia what do I have to do to cancel a connection? I’ve tried reaching out to customer care, have written emails, have tried your app as well. All to no avail. My connection is still active and I don’t want it anymore. What do I do?

    @airtelindia Airtel network is poor everywhere, not just in one area. Internet is slow, signal keeps dropping, and unlimited 5G is not working even after a 2.5GB/day recharge. Also, no proper customer care to report issues. Please fix this soon. #Airtel #NetworkIssue #5G

    @airtelindia Highly inappropriate reply by Airtel regarding mobile number associated with @airtelxsafe. Airtel not providing a Landline phone since that number doesn't work there we got installed BSNL now they say we can't surrender, if we do they won't provide Canera services.

    @airtelindia I’ve been repeatedly reporting serious network issues since mid-April through 198, but there has been no resolution yet. At my location in Newtown, Kolkata, full 4G/5G signal shows, but during calls VoLTE drops, voice breaks/no audio, and mobile data stops working. This happens on every call and even outside my building. Being a postpaid customer, this level of service is disappointing. If this continues unresolved, I will have no option but to port out. Kindly escalate this on priority. @TRAI

    Another day and my Airtel broadband is STILL WORKING despite repeated disconnection requests. Why am I being forced to pay for a service I’ve asked to terminate multiple times?
