@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for mesh a month ago for which I paid in advance. I got call from customer service executive and told that the service is not possible in my area and requested them to refund my money which should be done by 29 June latest. Poor srvc

@airtelindia Worst and pathetic service. Raised 4 complaints with Airtel for gst invoice for recharge. As i was not getting the option on Airtel app Without providing any resolution the tickets have been closed Also still unable to download the recharge invoice

This is the third time in last two months, that I have recharged my phone number, the amount has been deducted but my phone number is not recharged. And no customer care picks the call. Do you want me to shift to another network? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Is this the type of service which we are expecting from @airtelindia. Customer care executive always say to wait for 24 hours. My billing date is on 13th of July. If I not pay the amount I will be charged late fine also. 2/3
