  Frustrated with @airtelindia Fiber WiFi! Poor service, endless outages (4-6 hrs monthly), unresponsive CC loop & dumb 24/7 chatbot. Issue unresolved >24hrs. Switching providers—no compensation for downtime forcing mobile data buys. Reliable when recharge ends, useless otherwise!

  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia “Best network” but can’t even handle a basic Google Meet call. Postpaid, unlimited data—yet unusable internet. Years of issues, zero improvement. And please, skip the “complaint registered” template—what’s the actual fix?

  Hi @airtelindia I am unfortunate customer of yours who, like an idiot, is paying for 100MBPS wifi connectivity and is getting frequently disappearing wifi at a max speed of not even 1MBPS. Your app is a fraud. The only advice it gives is to switch off and then switch on.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have my router faulty since 5 days and I haven’t received any resolution yet. I have called atleast 20 times to the customer care still no help. They are always telling to wait for 4 hrs and it would be done but no resolution.
