    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence despite complaining about a problem in my internet connection over the past few weeks my complaint is pending. When I call the 121 number it says your complaint is pending and will be fixed shortly. I guess a few weeks is a short period for Airtel.

Strict action against him.. telecom operator should waive or discount in postpaid bill if network issues facing by customer.. because user paying for the seconds, minutes, hours, days and for the months... Then why user pay for network issues hamper to users service.

    Seems like my @airtelindia sim is deactivated for NO REASON and I have to get it replaced. After trying at 2 stores, the third one said that the SIMs are OUT OF STOCK (everywhere) and I have to revisit them after 2 days! Great hassle-free service :( @Airtel_Presence !!!

    @airtelindia @airtelindia please spend some time on customer problems resolution instead of faking this kind of advertising. I am not able to get any sms(even bank otps) and yet you are doing this. Already raised so many complaints. Wake up guys. #ShameOnAirtel @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence And everytime I call they put me on hold and then the call gets disconnected! Like I said pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel definitely does not care! Just scamming customers!

    Hi @airtelindia My service request no is 10045302997 and this complaint was registered on 1 June till now I did not get any call from @airtelindia I've to call the service centre on daily basis for 3-4 times. I just wanted to know that do I get a resolution or not? @airtelindia
