    121 (over call) never works & on the other hand 121 (over email) keeps providing a standard copy paste response to anything & everything without reading the actual query.High time this company takes their customers a little more seriously @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence I recd a DM from Saumya at 1.23 pm insinuating that she called but got no response. Utter rubbish. I recd no such call. You might like to verify at your end & revert. Kindly stop sending infructuous msgs and wasting time. Suggest get down to resolving the problem. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This company only wants to add new customers,as they do not have any concern with existing customers.Very worst service of airtel...I have requested too many times to upgrade my broadband to airtel fibre but its 40 to 50 days .
