    @JioCare @reliancejio We are using the connection since more then 5 years but the connection is so worse in our area i.e. 400004 and we have tried to reach the customer care but no solution. Instead @airtelindia is way better.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed with broadband services. It's been three days my internet is not working I raised the issue very next moment coz my work was hampered. I am constantly calling them but no action has been taken yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence As I have talk to costumer agent named #Tanzeelansari. They are not providing the resolution . They are only saying that I can’t help regarding this . I have an issue regarding netflix claim. Why I choose your service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a worst experience I have with Airtel, yesterday I made request for new fiber connection for my house,it's been 24hours your sales team never pick my call and I never get any update for my installation and 121 really sucks not at all working.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Are u serious? Calling 198 tells me to go report the issue using airtel app. In airtel app, it tells me to go call customer care 198. What sorcery is this?
