    Airtel, through its ads preach about their network quality, but in reality @airtelindia network sucks. It's pathetic. Also they're the expert in stealing your daily data. Time to go for MNP. @Airtel_Presence

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia #TRAI several time in past I have complaint that in my area inside the flat network is very poor for calling and internet. Airtel simply open the ticket and closing it without taking any action. Resolve it urgently. Pathetic service this is.

    @airtelindia I have a postpaid connection number 7606024197, having data problem when connecting, already raised many complains ,as discussed with customer care also change the sim also but still problem not resolved, customer care saying to wait 15 days, so pathetic service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When a customer raises a complaint, you are supposed to check with the customer if it's resolved not close it without confirming. This happened when I was talking to the customer care team :)
