@airtelindia issue with broadband, tried raising a ticket via customer service, they said this issue is being faced by users in Karnataka and they are looking in to this but won't be raising ticket! There was no sms notification which we get normally mentioning the same either.

@airtelindia everytime I recharge my settopbox for more than 500₹, the setbox stops getting signal, the engineer will come and charge money for that.. it's their general practice to loot customers.
