@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Next day I logged the complaint myself and then another set of 2 technicians came who also couldn't resolve and had to give up. And then suddenly yesterday I get the message that ticket has been closed. I verified the speed and it ws still unresolved

09-08-2022 Still waiting for issue to be resolved, @Airtel_Presence not getting proper update/response. @airtelindia if you are not able to fix the issue please take your devices back and refund my money. I will go for other ISPs who will provide uninterrupted service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I called customer care to re-open the same ticket and NOT create a new one. Customer care supervisor promised the same that the existing ticket will be kept open and will not be replaced by new one. Still I see today a new one has been created.
