@airtelindia Please don't buy any plan of Airtel. They misleads their customers. I'm not able to send text message even I have sufficient balance for it. Unsatisfactory service by their customer care your call will be put on hold for for a longer time for a small reason. 👎

@airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews as per the latest notification message, it states that the issue will be resolved by 17/11/2021. Now my simple question will your services wait atleast for 1 hour if the customer forget to recharge. Now why should I waste my money for 18+ hrs

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am really disappointed with the service provided by airtel. Just to send one SMS I have to get my phone recharged with high value unlimited pack because we can't send SMS with our normal talktime balance. Really disappointed as a 7 yeara old user.

We live in 21st century, we shouldn't face such outage issues. There's total outage of airtel network. Tried calling customer support but no one is really helping out. #airtelindia #airteloutage @airtelindia
