    Have been with customer care for almost half of Oct , how many supervisor how many managers. Pathetic. They are worst than you can think @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia it's a very bad practice to disable sms outgoing service for the entry level pack of Rs 79. You cannot force users to recharge with a higher sum for just sms services. For small users, it's not a small amount. @DoT_India @TRAI kindly please look into the matter.
