    @airtelindia Paying for 3GB/day but still forced to buy data top-ups 15–20 (worth Rs.800) times every recharge cycle. The data usage shown in the Airtel app simply doesn't add up & reaching a human through customer care is a nightmare,just endless automated loops. So infuriating

    @airtelindia you guys have become such a big scam company now. I have been your broadband customer for a long time & after using that for a long time i finally opt in for a yearly plan and paid in one time via your app & within a first biling cycle you guys are asking for more.

    Hey @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence WiFi down again. Last time it took 5 days and multiple follow-ups to fix. If an entire area's network is down, why do customers need to report it? Am I the network manager? Your app shows the outage, so surely your systems know too.

    Our Airtel DTH connection hasn't been working for the past five days. I even filed a complaint on the app, but there's been no resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia When you don't have the capability to provide networks then why are you inviting people to join the Airtel network. Airtel is not able to work on a broad empty road, that's the quality of Airtel.

Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number.
