    @Airtel_Presence Non service executive have reached out to my help. 5 days all services down I am paying the bills yet unable to use 1.WiFi Internet 2.DigitalTV Extremely poor service would definitely not recommend @airtelindia Airfiber services to anybody.

    @airtelindia I bought new sim on Saturday and I tried to login whatsapp and OTP was not received. After that I got a call from previous user of that number and they said OTP was received to their whatsapp and receiving bank messages of previous customer. So, please help.

    @dth_airtel @airtelindia Hi, DTH customer ID 3031423926-002 recharged on 25/Apr not working till now. Customer care says it'll take time. May I know how much time? 48 hours have already passed.

    Airtel is doing so much fraud with customers. one of them is - they exhaust your data without you even using , then you dnt hv a choice and recharge , then your network shows only 1 bar so you wont be able to exhaust this newly recharged data fully . @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.

    @airtelindia Got WiFi on 11th March, but it barely works. You take payment first but don’t provide proper service. Constant red light issue—hardly worked 10 days. Complaints take 3 days, and it breaks again next day. This is unacceptable. Fix it permanently. 😠😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a ticket to resolve internet connectivity issue on my corporate postpaid number. You just closed the ticket saying `Resoved`. but still i'm facing internet issues. Looks like its time to PORT to @reliancejio ?
