    @airtelindia what’s happening with your Customer Care? Had opened a support ticket around early 2019, for refund of excessive amount on one of our numbers, after getting onto a family plan. The ticket stands Open, into its 4th year. Is there a defined ETA for issue resolution? 🤔

    After getting bugged with the horrible connectivity of @airtelindia I finally made the move to @reliancejio. The process was swift, got sim door delivered, activated, verification done in the comforts of my home. My data is working like magic. Why I wasted 5 years with Airtel?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The network issue is still on no body calls or take a note of it, i called and raise the isuue they said we will solve by 17 aug. Means i wasted 14 days out of my pack, either solve today or give my 14 days back. I paid for it.
