Received a really bad product (Airtel MyWifi) and the worst service from @airtelindia. The Product I purchased is still in warranty period, but the store is not exchanging it instead it’s tempting and manipulating to buy post-paid service. Not satisfied at all @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR#10000156257. It has been close to a month since I raised the complaint. The broadband speed barely crosses 5-10 Mbps for a 100 Mbps plan. Your service engineers have stopped paying any attention. Any intent to solve the issue ??

India's worst network @airtelindia Last 5 days, no single call connected without trying atleast 5 times.. My office work had to face many problems. Internet connectivity tests patience, Need to wait for 1-2 mins for downloading a 40 MB file on 4G.
