    @airtelindia Very disappointed with your customer support. Raised a complaint, ticket opened and without resolution it is closed. Spoke again to call centre, lots of assurances about seniors getting involved, etc And Each time I get a flurry of SMSes, Can someone take ownership ?

    @airtelindia How can we reach customer support (human) from outside India? We are in the US. Is there any number here we can call? Phone shows ‘No SIM detected’. It’s a postpaid account and all bills are paid on time. BTW tried the Airtel app but it didn’t work. #airtel

    @airtelindia Very ridiculous service offering by Airtel Neither broadband nor mobile network is working effectively in Noida u guys r giving fake promises to customer 4 optical fibre network Every month u guys r charging 4 High speed but speed is very slow & fluctuating never recommend anyone

    @airtelindia Complained many times but there is no improvement at all.Sometimes I got stuck in situations where I was not able to do online transactions.Thought it is India's best network provider but this is totally wrong. No other option but to switch to other network provider.
