    @airtelindia This is still not resolved. An engineer visited yesterday, could not resolve it and closed my ticket. He said he will visit again today with a pen drive to upgrade software, however he has not turned up. You guys a driving a customer away.

    @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Waited more than 2-3 weeks for network problem raised to vodafone, but they did not even bother to address the issue. Finally ported to airtel.

    @airtelindia Raised complaint on 1st Nov, internet still not working. Very very poor quality of service from Airtel. Complaint # : 112918612 Service was not available about 4-5 days prior to raising the complaint. So in total around 15 - 16 days to resolve an issue.

    @airtelindia rejects porting out request from #Airtel to #jio saying less than 90days reason when it is on the 94th days while I hv generated porting code after the activation. This is not acceptable. @JioCare should help me for #MNP to @reliancejio. Violation of TRAI guidelines.

    @airtelindia your DTH and Broadband team in Bangalore is so inefficient and useless that they would for sure drive Airtel towards bankruptcy in no time. Incompetency to the core. Our society is trying to get some work done but they are worst than any govt. org.
