Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The tower at Khuangkhaijang Village Sangaikot Sub-Division Churachandpur Manipur -795128 which was to be made fully functional in 5G last year June is still pending which cause lots of network problem in the area. See to it at the earliest.

@airtelindia @rsprasad @Airtel_Presence On 19 June I had asked to transfer my 4981 money to connection one where I was told that till you do not confirm , safe custody will active even after six month . Now , different talk for a connection which was never in use and exist .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Such a pathetic service. Broadband not working for last 36 hours. Complaint raised before 30 hours and no one has visited so far. And you call yourself as best service provider. Stop and shut your service rather than this type of service.

Now @airtelindia tells me that my number has been separated from the airtel black plan for which they dont have an evidence when such a request was raised. @Airtel_Presence can you please look into the matter urgently as the customer support team was not able to help me.

@airtelindia I raised 2 requests on 04-Jun-22, made numerous calls & followups, not resolved yet. Broadband Plan Change and Coverage+ Requests. I was committed multiple times, all failed. Sorry to say extremely poor service experience so far. DM for details.
