@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #fail providing an overseas roaming pack and asking the customer to pay makes you obligated to provide the due service. There has been no data service on my roaming pack for the past 24 hrs. Such a waste of money and so much inconvenience!

@airtelindia Hi Team, This was horrible support from Airtel.I have called customer care support on 19th july to generate bill by 28th july by changing the bill cycle.agent has confirmed that cycle has been change and told that bill will be generated by 28th but didn't received the bill.

Shame on you @airtelindia Don't portray yourself as no 1 network. The broadband service is worst and customer support is not at all good. It's been 5 days since the internet is out and I raised a complaint regarding the issue but no body called me or came to my home.
