    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @airtelindia Airtel nodal officer & appelate authority of Bihar is neither acknowledging nor responding to grivance w.r.t. intr.roaming billing issues mailed to them. Forced to esclate in social media. Shall port to other service provider if not heard.

    @airtelindia How proud can you be to lose an new customer, i have placed request to install broadband on 13th jan and 3 month rental paid in advance, still nothing happened anything. I hope you understand the importance of being a service provider in such trying times.

    @travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    @airtelindia Dear, I have given owner transfer request 10 days ago with formalities and as per store manager no sim avaliable. After one week again visit the store he has given sim and last four days i am waiting for number Activation. Mobile no -9910170730 Pathetic service.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia It's the technology ******** Postpaid users get authenticated on the network a touch quickly than prepaid ones This is a technical issue which couldn't be overcome in the past 2 decades. Was there since 2G and 3G. Airtel just used this issue for marketing

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Airtel priority postpaid only working on 5G SA mode for rest all it's just change in carrier name nothing much also after network slicing one should not feel much difference or speed should be sufficient for daily usage if coverage of 5G is good in someone area.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn i paid 500rs for airtel mesh connection on 12.05.26 but no response was provided , then i requested for cancellation of mesh request and refund my amount. But till date i didn't received my money back even after so many day. poor service

    @airtelindia airtel black 10101016458588 bill increased 2 time with in year. When I call customer care no solution provided, they also used bad term with us. No information of plan revise received. Ridiculous services. Airtel have attitude issue.
