Hello @airtelindia, what kind of support team you have. I requested to deactivate my broadband connection in Feb and the request was closed without disconnecting the connection.I am getting 4-5 calls per day to clear the bill.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience with your broadband service in Delhi. Facing issues with router your app gives error while diagonse (over 1 month)/ now). Router of cheapest quality. Saved by @ACTFibernet during these WFH lost my faith in Airtel. Pathetic.

@airtelindia hello, airtel everything was fine till one of your technical service guys showed up for the repair of another connection & instead he disconnected mine now in the middle of work I am facing the problems now how am I supposed to complete my tasks and attend meetings.

@airtelindia regarding the services I have raised a ticket for this issue & even called the customer care they say that they are trying to solve the problem, because of someone else's fault I am having the trouble, what am I supposed to answer to my organization of pending tasks.

@airtelindia my internet is down since 11/5. Is it possible some1 can fix it. I’ve been calling everyday to 121 and your supervisors say it will be fixed in 4 hrs n tere will b callback but never in lst 10 days I received a call from u guys. Worst customer svc ever.

@airtelindia while giving the broadband connection they promised that any problems will be solved within hours, now they don't even get back to us, this is the type of customer service, provided by Airtel.
