@airtelindia is claiming that they will resolve the issue within 12 hours but this is fake and they r still not resolved my issue till now(48 hours). So don't trust on them. Jio is better from them. Kindly go for jio as comparision to them.

@cmani @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 😮 that's a pretty long outage. Airtel is known to fix issues in time. Wondering why such delay! BTW, I don't use Airtel Fibre because I am still following up to get Copper line upgraded to Fiber since 2+ years in my area. The executives are just not interested!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The 4g service is pathetic in last 24 hours. When I messaged @Airtel_Presence via DM, they keep answering they will upgrade soon. Am fed up of asking why service has gone bad in last 24 hours and can they fix soon!

I have recharged with 1.5 gb data pack everyday but @airtelindia is so bad i get message on 1.2 gb, 100% of your data is used and today i got message on 800 mb that 100% is used then rest What will happen to my data pack, I have done a 1.5 gb recharge. @airtelnews

@ICICIBank_Care Your team contacted me and said this won't recur again. However, it has. I'm on a call with your CC Customer Care to figure out why OTPs aren't getting delivered to my @airtelindia number!! Why can't you deliver OTP in alternate means too?
