    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - I have an Airtel XStream Fiber Broadband and when I am asking for my previous bill you are saying that I cannot get a copy of my previous bill as I am a prepaid customer. Every customer (prepaid/postpaid) has the right to ask for his past bills.

    @airtelindia is the worst in terms of customer service. They removed talk to executive option in 198 helpline and you can only manually register complaint and wait 7 days for resolution 👎🏻@Airtel_Presence

    The worst service, don't go with @jio_fiber they have a referral program that we can't redeem, and they don't care about customers, even if we call multiple times. *****WORST SERVICE**** go for @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am from Amarkala in bigrabag, khatima, Uttarakhand state, PIN- 262308, very bad that we don't have any good source of internet and we trusted Airtel for good connectivity and no broadband(xtreme) after requesting many times. please look into this.
