@airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence You guys really need fix your optical fiber solution ASAP. Sending SMS and updating 4 hours downtime. This is not what i am paying for. I think its time to switch to @JioCare. Internet not working during working hours not acceptable.

Airtel agent called me for CLCNF3EST20210203850366 and says they can take as many days as they can to resolve the issue and customer has to pay for the service even he never use service.They can disrupt service whenever they can, you have to pay without using service @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Had complained to Airtel about WiFi internet service down at 6.30 AM IST. A service engineer visited my place and directed his infra team to repair the cable cut by monkeys outside the house. But till now, no one else came to repair. UNACCEPTABLE!

Airtel took 45 days to complete CLCNF3EST20210203850366. This time service validity reduced and unable to use service in this period. Money I spent to get validity was part of my hard earned money. Have credit back validity 45 days if you have humanity and mankind @airtelindia
