    @airtelindia Apalling customer service...your so called 'dedicated' relationship manager/supervisor is unable to get a simple DTH issue resolved through a span of three months!!! Tkt ID 70991528, 70970929, 70970716. Tweeting as a last resort before switching the provider.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . it’s been more than one week that i payed for 5 months (699) recharge plan 4000 rs for Wi-Fi + DTH . Still now the DTH connection is not installed , and very rude behaviour by your local agent named Raju ( 99894 71749 ) .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence waiting for solution since more than 10 days now. Raised complaints to salesman's senior, wrote email to appealate.west email id,made hue and cry over Twitter but no result.such a pathetic brand and such a disregard for customer.shame.

    @ViCustomerCare ur Bannerghatta store refusing to give prepaid sim.1st they tell u no prepaid sim. Once u insist, they tell u bio not matching!So surprised! Went to take a prepaid but couldn't get.Was told go for postpaid. Subtly! Terrible!Manjunath store guy. @TRAI @airtelindia
