    @airtelindia Sitting at airtel customer care centre in Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur. Need to send one port message but they are saying that I have to do a recharge of rs 129 even to send a single sms. Is this not loot?? @reliancejio Plz help. Need to send port message.

    Thanks @HathwayBrdband for not resolving my issue for more than 100days Made a recharge on 22 April 2021 Received modem on 31 July 2021 Now asking to make a new recharge Since its been long time the plan can't be activated again @jio @airtelindia how you solve this problem

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my fiber connection is down and despite selecting appointment date for today my service request is showing appointment date for tomorrow. There is no option to talk to customer care on 121. Please call me and arrange a technician visit for today.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The 2 days time frame you mentioned is getting over tonight. still haven’t got call from ur field service agent. There is only 1/2 day remaining to honour d commited timeline PS: this the 4th time Airtel is asking for a 2 day timeline.

    @airtelindia Funniest thing is that, the person who was supposed to do the road cutting to bring the cable to our building was asking our help to deal with the authorities. What a shame!!!. A company as big as Airtel can't deal it by themselves.
