    @CustomerAirtel Worst service provider I have ever seen. I am only 200 meters away from tower but network quality is pathetic. I have complained several times but no any improvement. I am postpaid customer but seriously I am feeling cheeted. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very Very poor customer support @Ekkattuthangal Airtel showroom. No proper information they say no proper response to customers. Very bad experience. Sorry Airtel for this but that’s the fact.

    @airtelindia Worst network in recent times... I have complained regarding the network issue... still no action taken... still they you guys are just answering but not working on the same. So disappointed.😒

    @airtelindia your service is really pathetic. Checked network and data strength in my area, same is showing excellent but never gets signal more than 2 bars. Registered a complaint for not able to use Internet, will be resolved in 8 working days. Are you serious?

    I never faced such issue with @airtelindia. One should just be wary of @reliancejio. Their service levels have gone down drastically.

    It's been more than 7 hours & we are unable to use mobile network for calling don't know what type of service is provided by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .. it will be much better to choose jio I think
