I’m just porting circles from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu. Not operators. Calm down @airtelindia! You need to have the very basic customer centric approach. Don’t bombard with ‘Please don’t go away. You are valuable’ just because someone ports.

Slow internet on @airtelindia and the like is so disgusting when you know that their services vary across regions. For some reason fast internet in Lucknow is not as important as in Delhi (where I get amazing speed).

I have not been able to use the internet on my phone despite trying everythin. The issue apparently is limited to my floor bcoz it works just fine when I go somewher else. Request u to do something ASAP. Hope this reaches you in time. (Tweeting using @airtelindia's internet)

@airtelindia after so many complaints for basic internet speed ,i got only an apology msg once in a month from airtel. They will provide you unlimited free calling, data, insurance, caller tune, pocket money, vikas but not network.....
