@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Switching to Airtel black plan, several Lead ID generated but no response from field executive (Area Panki, Kanpur). Since 10 days Airtel is saying to wait for next 24 Hours I am fed up by repeated answers. This is poor customer service.
