  Totally depressed about the Airtel network issue. There are around 100+ users of airtel in my city and everyone suffering from airtel network problem. I have been complaint more then 20 time to airtel service centre from last 2 month but no one care our problems. @airtelindia

  @stutiroy1 @airtelindia Switch to Jio. Been a Jio customer for over an year after spending 8 years with Airtel. Better speeds, no drops and better coverage, overall a far better experience. Best part, haven’t had to call the customer care for anything so far.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Airtel isn't allowing der customers 2 port out 2 other service providers. They r playing tricks & games wid customers. Request TRAI 2 pl investigate this & take strict actions against Airtel. Also pl look into der TAT of resolving grievances.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India Where is your service team- sleeping? I have been without connectivity for 3 days and I changed to another vendor on the 2nd day while none of your service or customer care team bothered to update me. This is where u outperformed competition but now it's an other case.
