    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Very very disappointed by airtel service. Using Airtel broadband. I have registered the complaint CN: 10102029666 Still no service provided by airtel. Multitimes i had call but no one coming to attend the issue. H. 90 sector 15 Panchkula.

    @angel_jaswal @airtelindia The only broadband working osm is netplus,try it once.. No speed issues, I m using it from last year.. 599 rupee plan with 50Mbps speed and 10 thousand GB data..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is very unprofessional company. They are not help to customer. I am try to active call forwarding option my number, there is show a eror. Last 3 month i regularly talk to customer, airtel store, airtel social team but no help. Same on Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Very bad situation of mobile network. I was registered so many complaints in past no action was taken from Airtel till the time. Take some appropriate action and show your response of reputed and responsible company.

    @airtelindia Bad service last 3 month my problem is not slove. I want activate call forwarding on my number, but they can't help me. I was called 200+ time on care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i will port out from airtel on 20th October 2020 just because of your service. Im not able to reach your customer care executive. I will suggest my friends and family to port out from airtel.

    @airtelindia Airtel has world's worst network and services. I've never used worst services like that. I'm so disappointed with you Airtel. Disgusting. Improve your services and network. I've called so times on your customer care number but my single call didn't connect with you.

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express concern regarding the current mobile recharge plans that are valid only for 28 days instead of a full calendar month of 30 days. Customers are paying for “monthly” recharge plans, but in reality the validity is only 28 days. This creates an extra financial burden on users because people are forced to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times. At a time when recharge prices are already increasing, this practice becomes difficult for common people, students, workers, and rural users. Today, internet and mobile services are essential for education, work-from-home jobs, online banking, communication, and daily life. Village people and middle-class families also depend heavily on mobile internet services just like city users. Many users already struggle with high recharge costs, and reducing validity to 28 days adds unnecessary pressure. We kindly request your company to do the following: Change 28-day recharge plans to proper 30-day monthly plans. Avoid additional burdens on customers through reduced validity periods. Provide fair and customer-friendly recharge options for all users. Telecom companies should prioritize customer convenience and affordability. We hope you will consider this genuine request and take necessary action in the interest of millions of mobile users across India.

    @airtelindia “ bheed me bhi speed ” my foot.! Its been more than 12hours and my internet is not working. All i am getting is a message every 2-3 hours of extending the deadline to fix my net. It’s the same case every few weeks. I want to disconnect my connection.

    @airtelindia I ported to Airtel from @reliancejio beause I was facing call drop issues. Ever since I have ported to airtel (14-May-26), there is no network at my home. I can barely make calls. I created a help request. That request resolution time is till 29th May 1/2

    Absolute fraud by @airtelindia ! Paid ₹500 for IPTV on May 16, no installation done but billing started immediately. Customer care gives fake promises of "callback in 4 hours" and local team has no clue. Fix this mess or cancel my Airtel Black plan now! @airtelnews
