    @airtelindia Airtel network has become horrible.Outside city limits of Nagpur pone does not work. Either there is no service or or weak network 4G shows but nothing operates.Why should we continue with such poor service

    I have requested for service activation of airtel broadband plan of 799 for 3 months. Payment has been already done on 11-10-2020, Still I haven't been updated regarding same and I didn't receive any kind of call from your technician. Do the needful @airtelindia #airtelthanks

    @amitKP05 @Airtel_Presence Not yet. #Airtel is not a customer friendly company anymore. From the last 3 months, @airtelindia didn't provided #Broadband service for a month, even after paying in advance. I had raised more than 5 service requests, and they took average 8 days to fix each time.

    @airtelindia 1st focus on your 4G service from last 4 days totally network down speed is 0.2 to 0.5 kb unable to open any webpage. You always stated that u r best telicom service provider but its bullshit.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews If the sim is not working or lost it's network, It is not on me to go any airtel store to exchange it. I am getting these trouble very often. I Want you resolve this issue once and for all. Could you please look into the matter and reply back.

    what a cheat @airtelindia is...I am using eSIM and since morning i could neither receive call nor make calls and there was no signal and when called the customer service, I was told that "SIM got DAMAGED" and i told it is eSIM but they insisted to do a sim change

    When reached for help @121 Mr.Saif didnt bother to help instead showcased his ARROGANCE..... but when i switched off and switched on the mobile..the sim was active with SIGNALS...why this CHEATING to POCKET MONEY in the name of SIM DAMAGE @airtelindia ?

Is our Time also of some value? The customer care team is very well trained to lag issue than to resolve it

My concern has been resolved, but I believe there are several improvements @airtelindia can make when it comes to reporting a lost SIM Card. Hope the feedback is shared and subsequent improvements help hassled customers.

    @airtelindia I have been having issues with my broadband connection 01204314612 for few days. Have spoken to the Supervisor desk four times. They only give assurances but no action is taken.Terrible
