    @airtelindia look at my issue for god sake. Loosing my job here. Whats worse is first thing I did at starting of the month is paying my airtel bill. Airtel is not number one in speed or connectivity. Its lowest of all.

    @praveensabhapa1 @JioCare @airtelindia From past 14 years I used airtel but before 2months the behaviour of Airtel people ..i changed to jio ...airtel peoples didn’t respond my problems...think before change and ask other few customers!!!!

    @airtelindia you guy’s are launching 5G plus in India. But still we are not getting the 4G networking in my town. We have a tower with in 5 KM even we are not get the network for calls also. Why we need to use the Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 4 months no internet. My hotspot is not working. I was call customer support. I did all I can to get my internet back. No one responded. One that responded left me in midway. Now you want money. You let goons to call me. Very unprofessional

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in our village almost 15 years we facing the network issues with #Airtel network. Tried calling your customer service, didn't get any solution.we give land also for "Telecommunication tower pole".students unable to attend online classes.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
