  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP.   @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.
