    @Airtel_Presence I hv come from remote areas of JK, being an armed force personnel ,the network of @airtelindia was extremely good. Now in delhi at Pragati Vihar area I find it very difficult to use this .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since 7pm. No one has dared to call me and look into this problem. They are only sending automated messages extending time for outage. Not sure what it is and who is working. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia My Service request number 31-XXXXX7698647 dated 09.08.2021 is still pending for your action. Surprisingly, I received SMS today from Airtel mentioning that this service request has been CLOSED. Can you tell me WHY the complaint is closed without having it resolved?
