    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @airtelindia Yesterday I visited Pune, Kothari area near MIT college, near Tekadi. There are so many residential tower. But inside the flat connectivity very very poor, almost no connectivity. Request you to kindly look and do the needful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why every 2nd day the technical issue is coming for broadband. In a month its down for approximately 10days and that to with slow speed. Not able to connect calls on teams ,forget about streaming anything on TV.

    Why airtel change 49 rupees recharge plan people face problem on this . In place of 49 you get 79 that is wrong . Please modify this . For convenience of customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @socialwelfaremp
