    @SubhrajitPatra0 @airtelindia I also an customer of @airtelindia for a long time.I also facing the same network problem for a very long time.I informed your customer care by many times but we can't see any improvement. So I have to change my network provider if you guys don't fix it. Thank you 🙏

    Hey @airtelindia is your business model based on 'transaction failed but amount deducted' ? I've now tried thrice to recharge,2x via your web portal,1x via PayTm,& only last was reversed. So I now hv to waste time with you for your fault. Seriously, WTF?
