    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @airtelindia seriously what kind of Internet do you provide . Frequent disconnections.Not able to join Teams calls . I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers

    @airtelindia why there is no way to connect to your customer support? Everything is automated and useless. I am not able to transfer my esim and now I am not able to use it 😡 @reliancejio has better transfer process than yours. Need support related to this @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel prepaid number with ₹899 through PhonePe and reported it immediately. Both numbers are Airtel numbers. Despite immediate reporting, both Airtel and PhonePe are refusing to help with either reversal or transfer of recharge benefits. Transaction ID: 928457861 Recharge amount: ₹899 Requesting a fair resolution please.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you can't give a good customer service pls don't raise the tickets in first case! I've been doing **** since 48 hrs without internet, raised tickets and it got solved without any interference!! how come it's solved? I'm still.gettimg LOS!

    @airtelindia UPS has not been working since 30th April, and despite multiple follow-ups we have not received any resolution yet. Requesting your team to urgently check the issue and provide a proper resolution at the earliest. UPS supplied by Airtel.

    I have screenshots and usage evidence available. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through the Airtel nodal process and telecom consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as a priority service complaint. 4/4 @airtelindia this is a formal escalation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi suddenly got disconnected again and this has become a frequent issue. Very disappointing support experience as the Airtel app only has a chatbot with no proper resolution or customer care access. Please fix this ASAP.

    “Hi @airtelindia, I am facing continuous WiFi/Fiber connectivity issues for the last 1 week. Internet disconnects repeatedly and service quality is extremely poor. I have already raised complaint request ID: 11029558138 but still no proper resolution has been provided.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A ticket was raised for no network being received in post paid SIM. Spoke to customer care and visited airtel store. No action till date. Ticket Closed without action. No response from you despite multiple posts. Is this incompetence or arrogance?
