Unable to view and pay dues in time, added overdue charges, for their mistake. @airtelindia and @TRAI calling from Airtel number, it's not toll-free. Call time was 1 min, 3 secs and the charge on Airtel number was 50₹, All that time was just lost in IVR never got to talk case.
