    And the thing is that if you want to change operator and want to go for PORT service then again you need to send an SMS, which you can't send without a sms active pack which will cost you ₹129 minimum. IS this a kind of joke? @airtelindia . SMS and Calling is basic Need.

    I was at POPSK Shahjahanpur from 10:30 AM to 12:45 PM with my brother for his scheduled appointment of passport. The internet connection they are using is of @airtelindia which is not working properly from about 25 days. (1/3)

    @TRAI @airtelindia e-Aadhaar is not valid for getting a new sim ? Because airtel customer relationship officer and their store deny for new sim on basis of e-aadhar

    @airtelindia Poor service sets an example by Airtel DTH once again. Only in need of money rather than given service. No value for customer. Very bad experience. Replacement of box in every 6 months. How can big giant do this?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence they have by far the best service given in the broadband arena! I got an optical fibre connection installed last week and until now I have been able to use it only for a day or so because mostly am just restarting my modem (1/2)
