    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network & frequent call drops. Instead of doing advertisement by investing millions, improve ur network. Then, you will not need to invest so much in advertising. @TRAI @DoT_India Time for some strict action.

    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I have been requesting to cancel my airtel account 7038931111. But all I am getting is a system generated response. I have also been calling customer care but there is no option to cancel. I have been emailing them since July. Will not pay August bill.

    @airtelindia From the service angle, facing issues and found no single point of contact to resolve it and it’s almost more than 3 months, so had stopped using services since then and u raising unnecessary bills without giving the proper service. No response of emails sent to any hierarchy

    @DoT_India @airtelindia It's already been 9 days since I made a complaint to @Airtel_Presence DM that I can't use internet properly every day from 12:15 pm to 8:30 am. What is the reason for this? And please solve this problem. But they still haven't given me an answer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is a request for cancellation of Airtel fibre so I don't break your box. It's been 15 days and still getting 20 Mbps with a 200 Mbps plan. Constantly approached, wasted time and got no resolution. Not one servicemen visited to fix it.

    Dear airtel I am a user of your airtel, normally I do recharge for 3 months which is of 84 days but every time only 1 complaint comes, internet speed slowed down completely from 4,5 days before recharge end Why does it go? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
