@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network & frequent call drops. Instead of doing advertisement by investing millions, improve ur network. Then, you will not need to invest so much in advertising. @TRAI @DoT_India Time for some strict action.

Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

@airtelindia I am not able to use my nbr from last 2 days . Today I swap the sim on airtel store which costs 50rs . The representative told me that it will take 4 hours to get the nbr activated.....but here near about 11hours complete and it is still showing no service

@Airtel_Presence Have sent a DM with details. However I have lost all hopes from @airtelindia w.r.t. customer service. @Airtel_Presence As late as 6pm today your cust service promised me that they would personally update me around 8pm but as expected nobody did. 👎👎

On 15th of September your customer care executive said everything is resolved. But today it’s 19th of September and still I am not able to use data on your network @airtelindia . I think now I have no other choice to port my sim to another network. Shame on @airtelindia
