@airtelindia Hi Team, I have been requesting to cancel my airtel account 7038931111. But all I am getting is a system generated response. I have also been calling customer care but there is no option to cancel. I have been emailing them since July. Will not pay August bill.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network & frequent call drops. Instead of doing advertisement by investing millions, improve ur network. Then, you will not need to invest so much in advertising. @TRAI @DoT_India Time for some strict action.

Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

Hey @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia, I just ported my Jio sim to your network. I am not able to use VoLTE service over it, while my another Airtel sim does use VoLTE. I changed my device, but didn't work out. Also, I am not able to reach Customer Care Executive through IVR. HELP
