@airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

@airtelindia paid for a data recharge, which didn't reflect. Tried to resolve the query on thanks app, the dumb bot dsn't get the query. 198 takes to another dumb bot on call that neither solves the query nor allows you to talk to an executive. Give better customer care please.

@airtelindia Hi @airtelindia , I ported my number from BSNL at your Angamaly store on Thursday noon. It activated today midnight & I paid ₹350 for the first recharge — but there’s still no active plan. Customer care & bot haven’t helped. Please resolve ASAP — very disappointed.

@airtelindia itself is the biggest spammer. There is no option to talk to customer care. You have to use useless chat option. They call almost daily to recharge my wifi, while i asked them to close the account. There is no account closure option in thanks app. Real frustrating

Dear @reliancejio, thanks for the imaginary 5G I paid for. No signal at home, just vibes. And your customer care? A genius AI bot that loops me in circles. If I wanted frustration, I’d just scream into the void. Porting soon to @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare—at least they know

The 5g data is not at all available in kanpur I get it for few minutes and then I have to use 4g kindly go through this besides this I can't even talk to an executive in customer care to adress my issue please go through this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
