@airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tomorrow at 12 afternoon I bought your sim card with payment of 150 Rs. simcard seller done my process of verification,finger print, photo etc but 1 day past but till network not available shows & services block. Very disappointed with your service

@airtelindia @Param_Sidhu77 First, take care of your customers, listen to them and resolve basic issues. You will not have to do all this to please them. I have been requesting since last month to cancel my connection, Airtel is not doing so and instead sending me monthly bills. This is very unreasonable.

@airtelindia Being the best network I don't know how you have such terrible customer service. They say it will be resolved in the next 5 days, so if I call after the next 5 days they comeback saying we need 24hrs to solve the issue.
