    I want join Fastest 4g @airtelindia but in my area we don't have tower near about 15km, we can't able to use internet or calling, network is almost Zero, so please provide network connection as soon as possible, i am hopefully waiting for your response @Airtel_Presence #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tomorrow at 12 afternoon I bought your sim card with payment of 150 Rs. simcard seller done my process of verification,finger print, photo etc but 1 day past but till network not available shows & services block. Very disappointed with your service

    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    @TRAI i have been compalaining @airtelindia since march for the network issues but they are not able to provide a solution for the network. Please intervene and help

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews upon 4 times raising the issue to team and 21 calls in last one week to engineers for just broadband installation and still no solution! Each day i was assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours and hearing this same stuff from 4 days? Is this ur level?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews i am using xstream fiber connection with 999 plan and unable to use Amazon Prime Video as part of ott benefits. I have renewed the plan but myairtel app says it is already claimed. Plz help, as the airtel app doesnt have option to talk to customer care.

    Airtel can’t provide me proper solution. Every time I call they say same thing over and over.. hang up my calls.. every time the solution was to replace the sim.. I used eSIM.. need solution @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence raised this issue over 10 days back, pinging daily&am not even getting a response anymore. What is nonsense?! Is there any purpose for your customer service team if theyre not even doing anything? @airtelindia im waiting for my current pkg to end to cancel my sub

    It has been so frustrating talking to @airtelindia customer care on a daily basis for an issue which is pending since Dec 2025. Just scripted empathy in the name of resolution. And this whole issue started by a site engineer who is not even picking my calls now. @airtelindia
