    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    Hello @airtelindia, Sad to see your service. When a person is having any issue, your agents trying to move the issue from one place to another and just increasing the resolution time. I called them and they asked me to send an email to you. I did and now we are back to ZERO.

    @airtelindia my connection just got blocked today. No outgoing calls. (I have a valid plan) Couldn't even get through to customer care from my number. Finally when I got through, I was told that there was 'some documentation' issue WTH?! I ported to airtel 3 yrs back.
