Batman (@batmancansave) reported@TRAI I receive at least 10 calls every day for loan offers. Why there is no option or way of getting rid of these calls permanently? Thanks to @airtelindia for showing SPAM WARNING but that’s not enough. I have activated DND for all type of promotional calls but it seems not working.

Gourishankar Mishra (@gs_mishra) reported@airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

Practically i need to be on Mobile Data for all the time. WhatsApp messages doesn't get exchanged quickly. Not a seamless exp.

They have restricted the SIM to only connect to 4G network in smartphones, they don't enable VOLTE @TRAI @airtel

Pure area ke users ke phone mein No Service / No Signal aa raha hai. Calls aur internet dono band hain. Please is issue ko priority par resolve karke network.
