What’s worse than the quality of this service is their assessment that their customers are technology laggards whom they can give such sloppy solutions and delay fixing their problem for a while. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why my incoming messages and voice calls are barred & showing no network,If I don't recharge. Outgoing services you can bar but you don't have rights to stop incoming calls and SMS.Earlier every service provider sold us card lifetime incoming free.

We call customer another couple of days later, they literally ask us to clean the tip of the fibre with a soft cloth. Still not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Its a bogus offer never works. Sign out sign in 100 times to complete a 40 mins video. Very bad experience

@airtelindia My incoming and outgoing services have been stopped due to not making recharge ,today I recharged successfully but services are still not restored, not even allowing to raise same concern to customer care , This is the worst service ever

If anyone's wondering, being on @airtelindia's Airtel Black plan and having a Dedicated Relationship Team means jack **** when you have an issue. They will repeatedly "escalate" issues, make empty promises, but you'll ultimately only hear "please wait, tech team is working on it"
