Dear @airtelindia I am not able to use internet services since yesterday on my prepared simcard, there is no issue in making voice calls. I have tried to reach out to customer care services but they couldn't fix the problem. Please look into it. I'll share my details in dm.

@airtelindia #airtelthanks #Airtel #airtelbroadband Very bad service by Airtel in shifting the broadband connection within city from 7 days and followed up with 121 for 30 times and following up with 8 Engineers, 3 Team leads, 2 Supervisors, and many more. Really upset with Airtel.

@airtelindia my prepaid ser. stopped week ago. Still have validity & enough bal. on sim. Am stuck outside India & can’t reach cust. care. Always get msg, lines are busy. Opened a service req. 3 days ago but no resolution so far. Causing serious problem to me. Need help urgently.

@airtelindia @JioCare Can't believe there is such terrible network coverage at a central Delhi location (Block 28, Old Rajinder Nagar). Neither voice nor data network is available indoors, please look into it.
