    Setting Call Fwd is time consuming with @airtelindia. The menu loads very slow & it takes about 2 mins to complete (both setting & disabling). I have an addnl @reliancejio SIM & it takes less than 20 secs for the same. Is this something specific to me or #Airtel? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sim card damaged & bought new sim card frm airtel store on 24th.Its been 2 days now.Complaint done sterday, dey mentioned in 24hrs it will resolve. Now again dey say we are escalating again. Worst customer service. Ticket no 31-4075456521232.

    @airtelindia i have been a customer for almost 2 decades but the recent experiences have been horrifying. My airtel fiber (wiFi) is down from 5-6 days . No one even forwards the complain nor they fix it. I work remotely and it’s unbearable . Is this the way you wanna operate ?

    Please fix the high ping issue in fortnite airtel, its been some months it has not been resolved at all. This is not the problem in game as other network providers are not facing this issue. This is only happening to airtel users. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
