    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would rate 10/10 for messing basics. Your customer service works at snail speed. Given that I use enterprise solution, all our bankings are attached to it and everything is on hold. For sure porting to @reliancejio as soon as I get network in sim.

    My Airtel broadband went down three days ago. Raised complaint. I was assured of help by the customer support team but the appointed engineer did not turn up. Now the customer support team is not even bothered to give appropriate responses. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My internet has been completely stopped working 10 days back. I raised a ticket with customer care which got closed without any resolution and i called up customer service who kept in saying it will be resolved. Is this how you treat customers?

    Never expected such response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Closed the complainant without any resolution. Such a pathetic customer experience. Will try to not use any airtel services in future and recommend the same to others as well

    @airtelindia how are you going to achieve zero complaints mission when you cannot solve one single issue for 3 weeks. 1)There is no coordination between your teams. Backend don't listen to store people. 2)Customer care have no idea about what to do and what's going on.

    @airtelindia such hopeless service. If you are holding the advance payment for 50 days you should pay interest. This is so frustrating such a messy situation.
