    I still received a bill of Rs. 319.22 and when I call customer care, they have raised no cancellation request in the system and are charging me. Inspite of my call yesterday, still no cancellation request or any ticket has been raised. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue, but the problem is still not resolved. The attached screenshots clearly show that several network complaints have already been marked as “completed”, despite the issue continuing.

    @airtelindia I am unable to use internet on my phone! Fast lane 5G network is showing speed of 0.01 mbps! No way to contact customer service just standard reply that we are working on it

    @TRAI Yes and @airtelindia gives only ticket numbers never to fix issues I moved from Idea to Airtel just to get more pathetic service in Hyderabad.
