    @airtelindia , @airtelpayment1 I have never seen a worst support. My payments bank account is not enabled for 2months.with all details that has been provided. Your App is useless. I’m initiating my cancellation for bank, fastag, phone numbers, broadband and digital tv.

    @airtelindia Hopeless broadband. Complaint 10037965308 unresolved. Complained 6 times in last 4 months for internet disruptions. No permanent resolutions. Will opt for a different service provider

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we have raised a request 2 weeks back for our Airtel Xtreme connection which is out of service since last 3 weeks , there is no one to look into it. I am expecting resolution for this now. @iosmayank

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence i am facing network issue in my area since i am in Airtel, raised the issue many times but haven't received any solution regarding the same. I am unable to make calls or receive them. I have to be like are you able to hear me or not.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Team, from today morning there's no indoor 4G coverage in my locality. Getting 2G network and 4G network is intermittent. Tried to call c care on 198 but there is no option to talk. Could you please look into this issue on priority? @DoT_India

    The same service executive who the “alleged” Broadband Manager connected me up with called a minute back - he is coming to check on reasons for error. Let’s see what he says now Mr Manager - if you cannot Service the customer - QUIT @airtelindia #WillUpdate

    @airtelindia I have recently changed my Airtel SIM card on 11/5/2022. I have visited Airtel gallery in Fort area, Mumbai. Since the shop is displaying as Airtel authorised partner, I as a common customer chose to change my sip in that shop.
