    @JioCare Hi Idiots at Jio - its 6 days already passed and your pathetic service is still not restored. Your cheap technical team didn’t contacted me yet and no insight provided on when it would resolve. I’m switching to @airtelindia now.. they can’t be worse than you, no one can!

    @airtelindia @Sunilmittal_ @TRAI Stops to level of 0.1 MBPS and as a customer you got to know after calling the tele caller executive which is again a very painful exercise to reach out to them. And Icing on the cake is you cant purchase a booster plan left out to either get your number MNP or w8 for billing

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Xstream Fiber has been DEAD for 2 days and your support is doing absolutely NOTHING.😡 Raised a ticket via the app, but no technician, no updates—just zero accountability. My work is suffering because of your incompetence.

    1/3 goes on show the quality of customer care agents @Airtel_Presence has got, with zero knowledge, reading responses with no connection to questions asked. They don’t even know if the PIN code has optical fibre of Airtel!Seems like a ploy to generate new connection @airtelindia
