And the audacity of the Telecom company to have the complaint closed SR# 11035015496 w/o resolving it and asking. The manager Khan asks me to either accept it at current speed or close the Connection.

  @Airtel_Presence someone from Airtel came and asked for new wifi and tv connection with 40mpbs speed and promised next day installation. I paid 1500rs got receipt but connection not given. From TMRW I have job. If u can't provide service y give false promises @airtelindia

  Dear @airtelindia , my Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days. Complaint registered on 30 July 2026. Every call to customer support ends with the same promise of a technician calling within 4 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor service.

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia already shared my number via DM, but there has been no response so far. The network is still extremely poor with virtually no mobile internet. Please escalate this and let me know when I can expect a resolution.
