    Why not to choose Airtel postpaid a thread: @airtelindia Absolutely worthless customer care service. My ISD is deactivated and it’s been more than 3 days since I raised a complaint to activate and it still hasn’t happened. All your representatives do is “escalate” it.

    @airtelindia My Prepaid just stopped working. Got a SIM change done and now after 12 hours its still not working. There is no damn way to talk to a human on your customer care. Pathetic service pathetic company. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    Been using @airtelindia for my house wifi, the xstream broadband in Bangalore i installed it a month ago and now I’m facing issues with its speed so i tried reaching the local technical department and they’ve been ignoring my call for a month now.

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service from Airtel. Revising existing plans without consent of customer. Is that what you call customer first. Really pathetic. You lost a valuable customer. My association with Airtel is since 2007. I doubt I can continue it further. Pathetic

    @airtelindia I must’ve called 7-8 times and either your representatives are not competent enough to know what the issue is or they’re just not interested enough to resolve it. Just absolute carelessness. All they’ve been doing is transferring calls and asking for more time.
