@airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

@airtelindia Please change the policy for taking a picture for new connections inside the office. It can very well be taken outside in open. No mask should be brought down for a pic in front of some white screen. Would you be liable for Covid risk ?

The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any so how do they explain overbilling me?

@airtelindia bill suddenly increased by Rs150 on broadband bill without any information, raised complaint but no body called back. Is this how a loyal Airtel customer should be treated. Very disappointed, already started to look for other options. Very Disappointed.
