    @JioCare Thanks for your prompt response sir, because of Airtel poor signal I’m using Jio Fibre since 2020 and I’m very much happy with that. Let me give a last chance to @airtelindia to respond if not I’ll start porting myself, my family members & entire area to JIO

    This is extremely disappointing. A customer has repeatedly contacted your support team, complied with your instructions, and yet the mobile service continues to remain barred. Instead of resolving the issue, your executives have provided contradictory responses and repeatedly demanded payments without any proper clarification. This reflects poorly on your customer service and grievance redressal mechanism. Didn’t expect this from you, @airtelindia. Your customer deserves a prompt resolution, a transparent explanation, and accountability for the inconvenience caused. #CustomerRights #ConsumerProtection #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been paying airtel bill of 1. 5k/2k INR since the past one year or so and suddenly I got a bill of 4.9k INR or so & the customer care in app is a useless chatbot giving me the bill again without any option to raise service REQUEST. Pls check
