@IndiCoder18 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Adding through Airtel Thanks app doesn’t work. You have to have it entered manually from their customer care number. It will take 12-15 days to show up. Then you can move ahead with the e-sim part.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcare Attn: Mr. Mittal. Just for trying Airtel wallet I deposited Rs 1000 couple of years back. Since then I tried on several occasions to use that money to recharge my mobile. I lost Rs 79 once and I am never able to use that remaining amount.

@airtelindia Never send money using the AIRTEL THANKS APP. It’s a orphan app,you couldn’t find any authority if there’s any issue.I lost my 1078.50 using the app.
