Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

Feeling regret after porting my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia worst customer service I have ever had. Disconnecting call on customer's face even if cx is frustrated. No apology. Promising but not fulfilling!!! @reliancejio please take me back!!!

Pathetic network @airtelnews @airtelindia so called fastest network- not a single call connects n our basement ,whole team has requested ample no f times to ur offices but of no use,jz fake commitments Can you pls look into this (the last resort left 2 connect & ask help here)

@airtelindia My internet has'nt been working for 3 days. Local engineers dont pick up your call. when I called customer care they just give you 24 hrs lollypop instead of revolving the issue... In last one month internet worked only for 10-11 days properly. Very disappointed with Airtel 😞
