Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

@airtelindia my AIRTEL BROADBAND NOT WORKING FROM LAST 1 WEEK STILL NOT ANY RESPONCE FROM SERVICE PROVIDER. I have recharged for the whole month in which my internet is bad for 15 days... VERY POOR SERVICE VERY DISAPOINTED . NEVER RECOMMNED TO EVERY ONE DONT BUY AIRTEL. POOOR SERVICE.
