Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

@airtelindia your service is getting worse day by day. Since last 5 days we are facing issue and keep calling your customer care, but no resolution yet. Voice and data, both are getting worse. Now broadband is down since last 5 days. There is no acknowledgement either from anyone

Airtel pack was going to expire today so before expiring I used the data then I recharged it, turn out doing recharge was not useful thanks to **** service by @airtelindia . This is the way Airtel making us fool they stole 1day data balance i.e.5rupee there are 355.29million user

@airtelindia I have raised an request regarding internet issue on 12 th of may it was informed that you will get resolution by 13th of may but now it is showing 15 th of may. I am facing a lot of problems because of this kind of bad service of airtel. I am totally disappointed.
