    Hello @airtelindia not sure why you launched 5G whn your 4G is not working Fix the 4G problem first then launch the 5G. This is the main reason you guys loosing customers, instead fixing existing issue you guys bringing new issues to customers In the name of 5G @Airtel_Presence
