@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

@airtelindia worst service. To convert 3 prepaid sim to postpaid take 15min. 3 postpaid sim to prepaid take more than 6days and number of visits. And client convincing and on call harassment.
