Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia I moved from Connect broadband to Airtel on 1st Nov 22, on the promise of uninterrupted service. It's been 3 days, the internet is down. I wish to move back to Connect, if this is going to be the standard of services provided by @airtelindia.

@airtelindia you have pathetic service from the Airtel Benefits app for Netflix. You have held on to my @netflix account for not letting me use the Premium plan to which I subscribed earlier. I do not have any options to discontinue your Netflix basic plan benefits provided.
