Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

@airtelindia Very poor indoor coverage along with worst internet speed. Always buffering. Tried all methods like manual network, insert sim on another handset, restart, apn reset but nothing happened. DM done

Irrespective to that i was charged for 3 numbers monthly plan. Kowing that those 2 numbers never got ported and Airtel never did any followup either. Also after multiple complaints to the cust care for correcting the amount and to make it legtimate.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I ported my number to Airtel last month after 10 years of continuity with Vodafone. But the initial one month experience altogether is so bad that now i am regretting on my decision. I requested on airtel website for porting and next day a guy came.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
