    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

    Can someone suggest a better broadband service provider other than #airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in chennai. Am having a worst experience with @airtelindia they do good advertisements but fail to provide a proper service in chennai. Worst ever service!

    @aravindhanIPS @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence These days most of the times i am only able to reach customer service of service providers through Twitter. What would happen to those in rural areas not knowing that Twitter exists? IVR calls never connects to an agent!
