    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

    Dear @airtelindia, Why are customers being deprived of incoming calls, OTPs, and essential SMS services immediately after their recharge pack expires? Mobile numbers today are linked to bank accounts, UPI, Aadhaar, government services, jobs, and emergency communications.

    @airtelindia provide connectivity for more than an entire day and cannot even provide a proper update on the outage? Need immediate escalation, a restoration ETA, and clarity on compensation for this downtime.

    @airtelindia you got the wrost service and the worst staff, your staff just waits for 6 pm so that they can run away from your work and let the customer suffer, pathetic service and worst network, never hoped @airtelindia will fall this low

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sales guy took Rs 1500 on Jun 6 for WiFi installation in Kondapur & ghosted. Called support 3x a day for 4 days, only got fake promises. 10 days, no installation. Install in 24 hrs or refund Rs 1500 so I can switch to @GoToJio. DM for phone/address.

    Airtel Dth is such fraud , when there is rain it says no signal due to poor whether however in severe storm it works well and every time some buggers and change something and escapes taking money @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Our website dailytradingco .in is being incorrectly flagged as a dangerous site by Airtel’s Fraud Detection Solution. The domain is secure, has valid SSL, and Google Safe Browsing shows no issues. This is preventing users from accessing our website.

    @NGhadag @airtelindia Similar problem I am facing. Up TV installation request is open since 15 days. They are neither closing nor resolving it. Frustrated with following up and multiple calls with no resolution

    @airtelindia my wifi internet is not working from past 4 days and reason was mentioned as outage and after 4 days again team is asking for 48 hrs resolution time as my complaint is different from outage...totally rubbish. I need my internet operational today #airtelworstService
