Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

@airtelindia sucks, trying to upgrade to eSIM since 2 days. their systems appear to be out of sync. And, there is no official medium to raise this complaint. Thanks to technology, now the customer CARE center is run by a bunch of servers with some program #airtel_cares

@airtelindia I am trying to recharge my number but every time money gets deducted, but recharge is not done. This is is worst service I have seen from any network provider. I tried reaching out on Airtel care but no help provided.
