Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

Last month I realised @airtelindia charging me 200rs extra towards booster since 2019. I complained I never requested. Now they say it will not be charged from next month. All this when I have 300gb unused data So they gain till you realise.

Today morning I done my Recharge for 84 days Rs. 598 and still I'm unable to use mobile data even it not showing the Volte signal I left Jio services and choose Airtel but now I think Care is only a subject of advertisement from Airtel point of view @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
