Sarthak Chowdhuri (@saryhatesfish) reported@airtelindia Raised closure request for my broadband over a week back. Nobody confirms the closure. Have emailed support as well, but nobody bothers to reply. Today the helpline PoC just would not process the closure, pushing me for other options. Let me know how to escalate.
