Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews For every 5-10 mins your 4G speed is coming down to 1-2 kbps..we are working from home and this is becoming a big head ache these days...could you please address this issue? My location is Arthamuru village, Krishna district, AP 521369

@JioCare Inspite of repeated requests to fix the network issue there has been no improvement. It is even getting difficult to make voice calls.. no sms getting received this causes even to receive OTP messages etc. Porting-out soon @airtelindia

@airtelindia The worst service provider ever from last 3 years I am using Airtel but not even a single complaint of mine was resolved. Every time they provide a time and date after 15 days and after those days again next 15 days after that next 6 days then next 3 days and then.
