Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia may be there was a big problem at this morning in airtel's connection , that you connect call to anyone ,then instead of ringing it just beeps and cut down but the main thing is missed call is shown on other side but phone doesn't rang at other side also.

@airtelindia AirTel 4G net not working in Mumbai local train route (Churchgate to Virar). Atleast try to have a balanced network infrastructure of 4G for commuters travelling on this route or alternatively 2G speed before launching 5G service.
