Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

2. I called customer care about this but I haven't received correct response. If airtel gives 6GB data coupons for a pack and makes it valid for only 1 day it's a perfect SCAM. I need a fitting response for this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.
