Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank please let me know when ur customer care guys will be available , when I contacted 400 simply saying "all our agents are busy please try again later" . Please give some appointment to contact customer support.

@airtelindia Pathetic mobile service from you.Not receiving SMS from few days. Unable to make bank transactions because not getting OTP. There is no option on your Airtel thanks app if anyone is facing problem related to sms. Contacting your customer care itself is herculean task
