Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please show some concern towards customers by resolving the 4G internet issues. I don't understand how it would take 15 days to resolve the network issues after complaining. Will you provide any waiver on bills for 15 days? @TRAI #airteldown

@airtelindia we have a Airtel digital tv connection which is part of black. We want to add a channel number and following up with customer care. It seems after multiple follow ups adding channel cannot be done as we are part of black. Can someone please help? Need for my father.
