@airtelindia @airtelindia Try to implement Stand Alone 5G insted of NSA & make your plans atleast equal to @JioCare because your 4G plans are still costly than them , btw I'm a Airtel user but not satisfied with your service your plan is 719 where as compitition has same plan at 666 rupees.

@bsrd_93 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They won’t work on service requests . Their whole workflow is made to get more money flow which is from new customers. Old customers who fell in their trap already are not a source of income so they never attend to them and just close any queries without any work.
