@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear team, If we are paying for 4g speed, why sudden ur net goes and convert in 3g speed?? If we raise the complaint, solution comes after 32 days. Why we have to waite long time 32 days... Can you increase my validity 32 days of my current plan.

Still after raising complaints of this platform aswell no help from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only false promises from communication team with no timeline when the issue will be fixed and at same time harassment from customer care continues.
