@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has perhaps no interest in or concern for Kolkata customers or users and hence no program of expanding 5G network in Kolkata and extended Kolkata. It has no headache for users switching to Jio 5G network. Request may be put for 5G here.

@airtelindia has the worst customer care support. Just called the customer care support to get the receipt of the December month recharge and they are telling that there won’t be any receipt if you are not making transactions through airtel thanks app.
