@airtelindia What a shame on you @airtelindia @VittalGopal I have not been able to get a 2G internet speed at my location and you are talking about 5G!! It has been past 2 months I raised the first complaint, and even after multiple follow ups, the issue remains same. Please get a tower fixed

Bought Airtel Binatone dongle 2 years back. Its stopped working now. I reached Airtel Showroom. They suggested to new one or give to Service centre. No Service centre for this dongle Device. Kindly don't buy this Airtel dongle device. Pls ignore. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Even bothered to call back . They simply charged 2000 odd rupees on both the numbers which I wanted to remove from postpaid. The worst service ever! @airtelindia

@airtelindia I've been trying to buy prepaid dim card since Monday tried the app, called 121, smsed "SHOP" to 121. No joy. How can I get this simple thing done? BTW, your rep said tgst though app offers the service, SIM cards can't be ordered online!

@airtelindia Just a crap who just scams people by advertising on Internet speed. One can imagine how bad the situations are for existing tech and setup that the Internet is not reliable in Bangalore. 3 months, more than 15 complaints, still! Switching to other competitor next week. 👎🏻👎🏻

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ConsumerReports worst service provider of this generation. Airtel team is unable to close one brodband connection from last 2 months which we are not using anymore. Last month sept 12 we paid to close the connection. Now again bill got generated

@Gopal Vittal @airtelindia Today I have done recharge on the wrong customer Id by mistake, I have called and said that please.That the team is saying that it will take 30 hours, it does not happen that the customer has made a mistake, it means disturbing the customer.
