I am suffering with worst network of @airtelindia They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

@airtelindia I am an airtel User since 10 Years, in the era of Jio m still using airtel. But, since last 30 Days there has been call drop issue developed and it's going to get worst by every passing Day. DM me for personal Details.

Hey @Airtel_Presence no sms are coming except your own @airtelindia sms. Neither bank OTPs nor other service providers numbers sms are coming from morning. Called customer care they said no issue, but then why am not getting OTPs of banks, every bank must not have technical issue

@JioCare I've given you'll 5 days worth of opportunities to resolve this but you'll have disappointed! I'll have no choice but to port if not resolved by tomorrow as it's majorly affecting my WFH situation! Can't sit around at cafe's all day! Maybe @airtelindia / @ViCustomerCare can help?

1. Hi @airtelbank @airtelindia team. Your Fastag service is the poorest and harassing if someone wants to use it. I and my whole family have been loyal customers of airtel for decades but AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK has the worst service I have ever experienced.
