    I am suffering with worst network of @airtelindia They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

    @airtelindia I m using airtel broadband last 10 I raised the complent against internet issue but till date I did not get any solution even I didn't get any call from customer service team. Now I m going to discontinue the internet service and I will buy some other service. 😠😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the point in calling customers and harassing them when u don’t do anything. Open the ticket and close it without doing anything. And then u send a “Happy Code” that u need from customer for not doing anything. Another level of customer service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel, do u guys even understand the issue. Inspite of explaining the issue twice to 2 different people from Social media team yet u guys end up doing the same thing - “No resolution”. Zero ownership by everyone from top to bottom.

    If someone asks me which is the worst network in India, I will tell @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Very poor network. Remove that 'fastest 4g network in India' from your ads. You are eating our money. Please increase your frequency rate. #banairtel #airtel #itsinsaneairtel

    @airtelindia Service request or complaint number raised - 31-3487597625717 on 16th Nov and it's still been looked upon.. I have raised 'N' number of request before this but NO USE because NO UPDATE...For any calls I have to roam places to look for network coverage..Very poor..

    @Anuragm36018039 @airtelindia There are no networks in my area everytime i have to come out of my home for calls. I can't receive calls due to NO NETWORK problem
