    @airtelindia I am an airtel User since 10 Years, in the era of Jio m still using airtel. But, since last 30 Days there has been call drop issue developed and it's going to get worst by every passing Day. DM me for personal Details.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

    @airtelindia Today, I raised a complaint at 11:35 am against this loot that Airtel is indulging in since last 2 years. They registered a complained (No. 129122854) but nothing happened. I was told that Airtel still has no timeline for when the Fiber internet will be available(4)

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI from last 2 monyhs i have a problem with VI internet at my residence area. And more then 2 to 3 time i register complain. But there is no solution for that. If you cant give me a proper service let me me so i can go for @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel is synonymous with thievery in India. I have been user of Airtel internet since 2010 but lately I have experienced what can be defined as the epitome of pathetic service and robbery in broad daylight. (1)

    @airtelindia When I checked the status of my complained, I got to know that they raised the complaint for some other issue and put it as "RESOLVED" by the evening. The name of the Airtel Customer Care executives are - Shivani Chaudhary, Asif Ali, Nitesh Goyal n Anas Ansari (5)

    Seems like an employee @airtelindia has to go to each database server, fire up the VIM and manually edit the record to update the email address corresponding to a number. Otherwise, it makes no sense why it takes more than 2 weeks even after talking to customer care.

    I pay for 4G speed. @airtelindia what I get can't even be called 2G because when there was only 2G in J&K, I could at least google. Fix the internet speed for heaven's sake.
