    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

    I am suffering with worst network of @airtelindia They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @vlp1994 Worst ever network. Forget 5G , these kids can't even provide 4G/3G . I have been complaining since Last week of JAN2023. They told me it will be rectified by 8Feb, And now it's 27FEB,still they don't give a foot for customers satisfaction.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Agent who was assigned came and forcefully changed the appointment schedule time and assigned it to another agent but after that no updates. I have reached customer support and getting only fake promises.

    @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint I also reached out to customer care multiple times but they asked me to visit the store and hence I had to go to the store nearby (Gulshan Vivante Noida Sector 137) where the agent mentioned that I didn't need to visit the store.
