    @airtelindia I am an airtel User since 10 Years, in the era of Jio m still using airtel. But, since last 30 Days there has been call drop issue developed and it's going to get worst by every passing Day. DM me for personal Details.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My xstream fibre connection hasn’t been working since 17 Aug. Your service team told me that it will be fixed by 7 pm last evening and then again by noon today. No resolution so far. Ticket 10071679048

    Pathetic Customer care service for Airtel Payment Bank. Unnecessary deductions done and customer care IVR says that all executives are busy and to call back later. also no web based solutions available @airtelindia @airtelnews

    What a complete non-sense this is. Made a complaint 2 days ago, still no one from your team has figured or reached out to solve the issue. If this is what you do to your customer, trust me you’ll have one less customer in future. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel fastag and payment bank helpline is also reallyvery bad. My account got blocked on call after I entered my Correct mpin by saying that I have exceeded the limit of trying pin.@airtelindia pls callback and try to provide a better helpline where someone can answer questions

    @airtelindia , I hv internet disconnection since 17 Aug. One of engineers said the cable needs splice in 6 hrs. But none came to fix it. Its 48+ hrs and no one turned or informed. Made multiple follow up to CC. When has Airtel become such a lazy competitor?? Am Changing vendor.

    @airtelindia shocking that India’s one of biggest telecom Co has stopped its email server services which was charged to customers without any prior intimation. Airtelmail email service stopped,this is world of communication & talking about 5G but basics not handled by them.

    @airtelindia - we made a mistake by taking broadband from you in Kerala. SR number 10071526532. Internet down for 3 days. No action taken till now. One person came and went with no resolution. Is this called best service?

    @airtelindia from last 2 months my broad band is not working your customer care guys keep telling me It will start in 4 working hrs from almost a month passed by listening this bullshit even though I made all the payments
