@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Since last many days, I find that the internet speed of Airtel is either not or very very less. Complained to Customer care telephonically. No change. Instead deteriorating. If no improvement, I will shift to Jio.

I am suffering with worst network of @airtelindia They are charging for 4g network but providing only 1g network in Jaisalmer Rajasthan. We are switching all our sim to other network provider. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no network facility available near border areas like tanot,logewala. network facility provided by @reliancejio only .so provide network connectivity these areas.many people comes there to visit but due to network issue they feel uncomfort..

@sahil_vi @airtelindia S22 ultra should work on the 5G band… either check the settings once else visit any airtel store with a manager in charge so that they can sort out the issue.

My airtel Wi-Fi stopped working day before yesterday. I logged a ticket through app the following morning @ 8 am and the service engineer was at door step by 11 am, replaced the modem and ensured it is working fine all at free of cost. Thank you @airtelindia super smooth service

I am a postpaid #airtelindia customer. I was at Doha airport recently and airtel added international roaming without my consent and charged Rs 649 and refused to roll it back. My plan is Rs999 per month. Now I am switching to prepaid and pay Rs 5000 max per year. What a loss.

@airtelindia My DTH not working for the past one week. More than 100 calls made to the useless customer support and even wrote to the nodal officer, who too seem to be as useless as everyone in Airtel DTH. If you can’t fix it say it loud and stop cheating !!
