  @TRAI take note. @airtelindia does not allow reporting DND for numbers that start with 120. Their app just doesn't let you submit the complaint.

  @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Compared to @airtelindia the service experience is extremely disappointing. SR00003849SR is still unresolved and your team keeps giving false updates. No technician visited and no one is helping. Thinking to switch to Airtel due to this poor support.

  @airtelindia can you please stop sending me daily reminders for a ₹600 bill every day for a week which is due in another 4 days, and rather work on the issue that's been open since 2024. You okay with failing to provide basic services, but are very adamant about ₹600?? SHAME

  @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
