@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

@TRAI please take against @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence their helpline is waste of time. if an educated person could not connect with helpline no. 121 and 198. How a common man can connect. also on social media, they were unable to provide help regarding eSIM.
