@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

@airtelindia Useless and you harass customers, we have to call 10 times, no network, no internet, and your executive asked me to go outside of my house to talk tO them since no signal, in such a hot weather, i had to stay out for 30 mins and still no resolution @airtelindia @DoT_India

Airtel customer service is a scam. First of all their airtel thanks app is worst. Whenever you do wanna talk to customer service executive it's a very long process which always wastes a lot of time and as soon as you reach it, call drops. @airtelindia Can you please do better?
