@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

@airtelindia Highly dissatisfied wid the services, after waitng for a week team comes up with a solution which is practically not possible.Surely gonna switch to other network.Also spking to my family where atleast 15 to 20 people using Airtel, to switch to some other network!
