    @Airtel_Presence ... And time 4 the commitment given by @airtelindia z over.. al of its marketing r jst words.. no action.. I wis PPL dere understood customer service n commitment.. it jst cries for low tarriffs comparing to other countries bt won't compare services and ppl cost

    Airtel is the worst network provider and increased their tarrif and plan first increase your speeds of internet then think about prices ..Its been almost 7month in Kota and Airtel 4G is worst than 2G😡🤬 @airtelindia @airtel_presence

    3 Days ago i lodged a complaint regarding Dth connection at your customer care they told me they will get back to me in 15 minutes But since 3 days there is no call from @airtelindia My number is 9636893936 To which i got 4 airtel dth connection at my home since last 7 8 years

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor service. trying to reach customer executive to change mybill plan but could not connect, it takes me out from toll free number again and again and also unable to change frm your app but again it failed to show option to change. Poor service

    On a scale of 0-10, the internet service provided from last 4 days @VodafoneIN = 0 @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence = 1 @jio = 2 Not able to attend any video conferencing or meetngs on any app In lockdown when services shud be more smooth they've made it hard #jio #Airtel #vodafone

    @airtelindia Service engineer already wasting my time by sayingwe are coming from last 3 days. When they came they refused to make connection. Please refund my money ASAP I paid for the connection. I'll ask another service operator.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have XStream fibre connection that got activated 8 days back,but am having pathetic experience since then in terms of services, network stability and behaviour of the staff.There is no wifi since 48 hrs, and followed multiple times with the team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Fibre plan because I’m only getting ~5 Mbps speed. When I contacted customer care, they connected me to technical support, and the suggestion I got was to “use it on one device while on WiFi.” Seriously?

    @airtelindia @consumercourtin Very much disappointed with the services of airtel broadband. Have static ip but cannot use it. Complaint done since 15 days no response. No one comes. Router changed but not configured. Helpless. Not satisfied with the services in Mumbai.

    Hello @airtelindia, quite unhappy with your WiFi services, need to discontinue my connection. Please initiate closure process. Your customer care takes ages to reach the executive and bot is equally useless. Hence , approach via @X .
