@airtelindia Though payment has been done since 23rd Mar23 for new connection of Airtel fibre. Connection has nt been given yet. Contact customer care.gave assurance to give connection today. But nobody is turned off till now. The service guy nt even responding to call.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had convertedplan to 2to 300 mbps. Speed not even given 200 we raised the complaint and it's resolved as area don't have connectivity of 300mbps they why airtel team charged end user if not able to given services. SR no. 10157356697 resolved.
