@airtelindia i am using Airtel 4g hotspot postpaid connection. Few days back by data balance suddenly reduced to 27 GB from 47 GB in a day that too with limted usage. I tried calling customer care but could not connect. This is crucial as I am working from home. Pleas resolve

The strange sloppy, never before, experience with @airtelindia. Their Thanks app wouldn't work, they wouldn't respond to email or SM messages. The customer care would not let you talk to an executive unless you've subscribe t their Black. #pathetic @Airtel_Presence
