    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.

Earlier also, after taking details in DM, fake assurances and timelines were given, and now there is no reply to my messages there either

    This lack of support is extremely disappointing and is causing serious inconvenience. If @airtelindia Fiber service is available in my area, kindly help me with a priority new broadband connection, as I urgently need a stable internet connection. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Be free as it is free for UK based sims but we all know Indians dont have the liberty of these basic amenities. Atleast take my money and give me the service. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago

    Extremely horrible service by @airtelindia i requested for wifi installation 4 days ago, and they took payment of Rs400 once, and Rs1500 another time. Nobody has come for the installation, even though I contact #airtelcustomercare 8 times. @jagograhakjago @Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been legit almost 10 days i have raised a request to shift my broadband and your ground team is nothing but bunch of retards, no one is coming and I'm leaking money by recharging add ons, idk how you will compensate that but SHIFT MY DAMN WIFI
