@DoT_India, @airtelindia DOES NOT have an explicit IVR menu option on 198 to complain abt problems with voice calls n I had to choose the option "Internet/data not working" instead. This is clear proof that they attempt ignore such complaints by making the option inaccessible.

@Airtel_Presence Curuption level of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I have been complaining for my wifi since 13 days. At last I catch the service engineer who came to give service for my neighbour n took some under side money and took money for wire. Then service was restored in 5-10min.
