    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, I’m having great trouble since I moved to Airtel Black in Nov. 2. My DTH stopped working CAM card. Technically said it needs to be replaced. CAM model discontinued need upgrade myself to setup box at my own cost Rs.2000+. I requested remove my DTH.

    @airtelindia What a pathetic broadband service. you charge for 300 mbps speed and provide 3 mbps speed. plus unable to resolve it since 4 days. Say No To XStream Fibre Airtel.

    Seems modern day service providers can only be reached through Twitter and have given up on other resolution means. @airtelindia neither your app resolves issues nor does helpline number work
