@airtelindia this is torture man! Some still have WFH. I woke early to get imp work done at 7:30a and the internet is still down 👎 it's 1:22p More than 5 hours of downtime in 2023 😳 how do I survive? Unacceptable And your "thank you for the patience" sms? Lost all my patience!

@airtelindia I have been running from pillar to post ever since my SIM card got deactivated due to some damage. I needed a replacement, but since the SIM is in my brother's name as we have taken this as a part of the family plan, I had to submit the necessary documents. (1/n)

Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Poco M2 Pro @IndiaPOCO mobile has been stolen, and i have also deactivated my Airtel postpaid sim on 20 Feb, but still the Airtel outlet is not able to Provide me the Duplicate SIM, they told me that there is some technical issues...
