    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I made a payment of 2500 for airtel wifi on 9 oct 2026. I cancelled the service before it was installed. I was told i will receive refund in 7 day but have not received it yet. Kindly process the refund.

    @airtelindia Facing severe network issue in my area for last 3 days. Network works for 30 mins then goes down for 2–3 hours. All users are affected. Location: Kathajan, Singia, Kamalpur, Narayanpur, North Lakhimpur, Assam - 784164 Please fix urgently.

    very disappointing from @airtelindia that i have ported out few numbers to another network and i have paid the outstanding amount but they are not providing the clearance and showing outstanding, even after raising the concern with the airtel customer support no action is taken.
