    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    Worst customer support service from @airtelindia . Sold broadband connection promising installation on same day i. e. 17th july.. Till now it's pending.customer service team always asking for 4 hrs. to provide the update but never called back from last four days. 41-26921448823

    @RijulJK @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was also a hardcore Airtel user still use their sim for calling but had faced a really pathetic service while installing fibre so i switched to jio instead of getting airtel installed i returned it thanks to ****** Airtel service.

    Hello @airtelindia How long does it take for your team to fix a caller line identification issue ? Since July 5th all my incoming calls ( including those in my contact list ) are displayed as "private number". I have created multiple complaints through 121 still no solution.
