Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst customer care at Howrah, West Bengal. Following up with a request for converting to prepaid for several months. Customer 'don't' care executives are behaving like a trash. Not helping at all. Funny they are advising to quit airtel as well.
