Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : I logged a complaint on 2nd may of internet not working. Today is 5th and no one has contacted me or visited. I called twice again to customer care where they assured that the issue will be escalated but nothing has happened.
