Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Did you fire all your employees? I am not able to talk to a real person and not able to do it for the past 3 days. Your website redirects to the airtel thanks app, which doesn't work. There is a chatbot that gives generic response, which is of no use

@airtelindia Airtel issued duplicate sim card and changed terms and conditions of postpaid corporate number in fradulent manner without following due process of law and now I am forced to proceed against Airtel by way of criminal complaint before the appropriate court of law.

@airtelindia Every month some random billing gets generated.On calling customer care they tell that bill is correct generated & later they correct the same This time also happened the same as incorrect bill. There is difference as what was commited Why is this happening everytime

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using @reliancejio to tweet that my primary number is of Airtel and after numerous tweet, complaints ur network is pathetic in Patna patliputra area, and many rural areas. Utter pathetic.
