Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@netplusofficial @ConnectBroadbnd @airtelindia kindly start wifi service in #ishwarnagar #dashmeshnagar #jalandhar Pincode 144003. We are looking for connection of wifi but agents are saying that wires are not installed in that area.

I have been kept in this vicious loop by @airtelindia for the past 17 days with no resolution and no refund. I do not think this company should be allowed to take advantage of their consumers in such a way. My money should be given back with apt compensation for such negligence.

Be careful about the @airtelindia executives of bangalore. Their names are Kiran 9611514413 and Mohan 9901126536. Both guys are fraud and will loot your money. I am having a very bad experience from these guys and @Airtel_Presence doesn't mind it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is serious to me that my fiber is not working since 11 AM and refer attached message I received after raising concern. Till now I have not received call so as resolution. My work is getting hampered doe to this negligence of service.
