    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I did last 3 to 4 recharge on airtel number 8570974485 but service not received airtel service verry bed Called airtel customer care many times but she also got frustrated and disconnected the call. airtel customer care people don't know how to talk

    Inspite of paying for IR package, the incoming and outgoing gets blocked (but data is working). No resolution from the last 2 days. Customer care promises to come back in 15 working days. Worst service!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I THINK AIRTEL DOESNT CARE FOR HIS/HER USERS AS AFTER SEVERAL TWEETS THE NETWORK IN MUNIRKA REGION [NEW DELHI] IS STILL VERY BAD . SHOULD I CHANGE MY SIM BECAUSE THIS IS THE LAST WAY WHAT I CAN DO TO GET RID OFF THIS PROBLEM FULLY AND COMPLETELY @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
