Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I need a new postpaid connection in pin code 283135, but I am unable to find the airtel store. Even after contacting airtel customer support, they are unable to help. If this is your service before sales, then how it will be after sales.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My sim lost network suddenly yesterday evening. I visited Airtel store. Today at 10.00. Showed my Aadhar card and they verified OTp on other phone. I-handed over old sim as well. Now after 4 Hrs they said I have to visit store again ??? Help needed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so I did a bit of troubleshooting, & found out why its happening - & no its NOT A DEVICE SPECIFIC ISSUE!!, as I found this issue on multiple devices across multiple brands and OS Versions. Simply put, its a issue from your end..

The most chutiya network of India is @airtelindia they don't have any ****** commitment towards their customers. they are just fooling people around by saying no. 1 network!! No response from technical team from last 25 days!! Where I've just called them literally 200 times.
