Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio I have two active plans. When contacted your service center they are of the opinion it’s your mistake why did you do it. So if a customer makes a mistake can’t Jio rectify that? Is this how you provide service? No wonder why people are still sticking to @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have been continuously calling your customer care for many days to shift my broadband connection. Everytime they tell me that someone will call and the issue will be resolved in 8 hours. If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow I have to look for alternatives
