@netplusofficial @ConnectBroadbnd @airtelindia kindly start wifi service in #ishwarnagar #dashmeshnagar #jalandhar Pincode 144003. We are looking for connection of wifi but agents are saying that wires are not installed in that area.

Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence I recharge my airtel number at it’s clearly written your new pack will start after your current expire. But it overlap & successfully wasted by current pack 400 Rs & 60+ days. 121 & 198 call service also not working. plz resolve the issue asap @airtelindia

@airtelindia you really need to work on Custosmer service. Have been trying to connect to your customer care but unable to connect. Have registered a complain on 14th November and its 23rd today yet the complain is not resolved nor i have been getting any response from your end.
