Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @airtelnews Hi I have activated Airtelblack plan on dtd 31-12-2021 but still 5 days cross my 2nd number not added in black plan I am regular follow-ups with customer care but there is no solution there Pl do the needful otherwise i have deactivate the same-9560073650

@airtelindia At least have a yearly plan for only calling and no data. I have to continuosly keep check when my father's Airtel service going to expire.Still millions use basic keypad handset and use no internet. @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Please look into this matter.

@airtelindia really appreciate the consistency of providing pathetic customer care services. Broadband plan upgrade money deducted immediately however no update on upgrade...Airtel thanks app no help as it's useless...Airtel customer care is a maze of ivr options but no help ..
