Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia - internet disrupts so frequently that it's difficult to complete a 10mins call.. please get it sorted. several times I have called customer with this issue.the only resolution I get is to restart the modem.have been bearing with this issue for more than 6 months now

Hi airtel I have raised for my broadband connection as it is not working but nobody came it' been more a day and no body contacted also the engineer who was allocated didn't call or respond to us . Kindly help @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
