Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

Hi @airtelindia, have you switched Bhubaneswar permanently to 2G? For every minute of '4G', the network shows several minutes of 'E'. This has been the case for months now.

Dear @TRAI, Is there any way to get refund of Recharges from a fraud company like @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia who spends crores of rupees on advt. proving themselves the best networks but fails to deliver. I'm fed up of complaining them abt poor network coverage 1/2

Damage control ad!!! Rather than addressing the network coverage & internet speed issues, bragging about quality of maintenance & 5g when your 4g coverage remains one of the worst!!! In long run only customers will be lost if present quality of service continues @airtelindia
