Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@ankitrawat18 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Ankit I had save Problem. I call customer care they suggested to me replaced your sim card worth Rs.50, and New SIM will be run within 2 hours but till this I did not get start.Every day I am loosing 2 GB data Plan.

@airtelindia Hi, I raised a ticket to change my Billa plan for my Broadband. I raised it on 16th Jan. Nothing has been done. I have called the customer care unlimited time, they say it will be done in 2hrs, 4hrs, 24hrs. I have been a customer since 2010. But you might loose me..

Airtel @airtelindia Please provide a direct number from which we can easily contact customer car.. It takes about **** lot of time to connect to a customer care through 121 and 198... I hope you will take it seriously...

@airtelindia my mo prepaid validity now going to expire. I go for recharge there is 479 plan show validity 56 days in place of 60 day as per latest Trai's order. Then I ask customer care but he refused my talk regarding this. Complaint No: 20220130916049.@TRAI kindly look into.
