    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    What a pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Pathetic speed. No unlimited 5g. Unable to connect to customer support. I did a mistake of porting to airtel from jio. This duopoly is dangerous for users.

    Due to some ****** exam going on in jaipur @airtelindia has slowed down the network and it's so bloody poor that you can't even load a website on a phone. What a pathetic network. In European countries their 2g is better than your 5g.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia support. Facing call forwarding issues and instead of getting proper assistance, I’m only getting automated bot replies with no real resolution. Customer support should actually support customers, not frustrate them further. #Airtel #CustomerService
