Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@netplusofficial @ConnectBroadbnd @airtelindia kindly start wifi service in #ishwarnagar #dashmeshnagar #jalandhar Pincode 144003. We are looking for connection of wifi but agents are saying that wires are not installed in that area.

@airtelindia Worst experience with any broadband I've ever had. Been using for past 2 months and already it went out of service 5 times for 3-4 hours at the least. Your app's bot is of 0 use. And your customer care number - 121, well I can't dial it with my jio sim. WORST!!

The day I have opt to use a new 5G mobile and @airtelindia started providing 5G services loosing networks, bad internet connection, literally no web surfing at some points is getting common day by day. Literally frustrated. @TRAI please have some command.
