Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir/Mam, I'm student of Class 10th, I'm using Airtel network for my online classes because from any other network, it give more speed. But from 1-2 week, I'm unable to use internet properly, I also given a complaint in costumer service. Fix it soon.

@airtelindia Team, I tried to get in touch with customer care and even after waiting for 18 mins no response have been recorded. Secondly, the area manager of yours in my area is fooling us thinking no one can raise grievances against him.

@airtelindia I am Airtel user. I live in Village Mirzapur Mahesh urf Bankpur District Bijnor U.P. I don't have airtel network in my village and I am doing complain about it on your 198 helpline number from last 8 months but I did not get any solution till now. Worst Service.

Frequent disconnections of @airtelindia broadband once in 15 days and it takes 30 hours to resolve. It happens once in 2 days now. No proper response from customer care.
