    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @netplusofficial @ConnectBroadbnd @airtelindia kindly start wifi service in #ishwarnagar #dashmeshnagar #jalandhar Pincode 144003. We are looking for connection of wifi but agents are saying that wires are not installed in that area.

    @airtelindia When I called the technician regarding the internet issue, he denied providing proper support and behaved very rudely with me as well as with my father. The technician’s name is Mohammad Samdhani, and his mobile number is 9502332193. Such unprofessional behavior from your staff

    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please upgrade the UBR MINI 5G CELL installed in BATIKA (Besides Roypara Durga Mandir), Pin- 712134, West Bengal to support STANDALONE 5G mode (All other MACRO CELLs already giving SA 5G). As a POSTPAID user this is my humble request.
