    Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Do you know, in Imphal, Manipur, every outgoing SMS can't be sent while Airtel network is on 5G? But it works without any issue when the Airtel network is on 4G or 2G (as you already removed 3G long time back). When will you resolve this issue? #Airtel

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia my Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄

    @airtelindia Airtel Black customer, being charged ₹360 for last few months for additional DTH channels. Cust care is unable to provide details who authorised it nor ready to correct. Not using DTH for last 4 years but paying due to Bundled plan. What’s the solution? No one cares
