    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

    After numerous complaints and requests, if there is no proper response and service from you, then why are you taking my monthly bill, I am certainly not a beggar to pay the bill, I have many complaints filed regarding the network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Really poor experience of using @JioCare … multiple disconnections almost after every few days. Finally decided to disconnect it permanently and get my advance payment refunded. Will switch back to @airtelindia broadband (even though I don’t have their fiber in my locality yet)

    Hey @airtelindia, I have a fiber connection with a 200 MBPS plan, but the speed hardly reaches 3MBPS. The router has been installed in our hall and the network doesn't even reach one of the three rooms. Despite complaining and a technician visit, the issue remains unresolved.

    @airtelindia I am Airtel customer from last 15 year and i pay 1300 par month but now I am feel Airtel exicutive cheat me by asking take 999 plan and I got disney and Amazon prime i siad ok but after all I got nothing @Airtel_Presence i feel to go @reliancejio 😒
