    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

    @airtelindia your customer service representative are very arrogant and they just disconnect call of the customers.I called the customer service representative on 198 regarding poor network and she just disconnected the call. I am just porting out.

    Now adays we need a good network connection as all our essential works are going through internet and we are stay connected by this only, but many of us are facing network problems. So, we are planning to switch to another network because we never expect this from @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your executives are only interested in the happy codes! No work done and still expecting customers to provide happy codes. When refused the exec has done something to bring the conn down. No internet at home and the rentals are on!Time to switch!
