    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

    @Airtel_Presence Hi there, My Sim card is not working all of a sudden. No Calls,No network nothing. I tried calling 121, 198, and many other nos. But none of them asking an option to connect to customer care representative. It's been one hour. Please resolve this. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia sent email, called 121,raised complaint on airtel app, tweeted here to terminate my connection except calling me why I want to close nothing done. Now you sent a bill. Why should I pay bill? No one picked up modem - I left that city already - sending another bill?
