@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

@airtelindia Worst customer care at Howrah, West Bengal. Following up with a request for converting to prepaid for several months. Customer 'don't' care executives are behaving like a trash. Not helping at all. Funny they are advising to quit airtel as well. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
