@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

@TRAI @airtelindia But my validity is showing only upto 22/11/2022 which is exactly 1 year from the date of recharge. So I thought let me try calling the customer care for clarity but to my surprise I can't reach them and the reason will surprise us. (3/8)

@Tarun07735129 @airtelindia I've contacted the physical store for the same issue. They say that if current pack before 2498 recharge is not per day data pack, then 2498 starts immediately and old pack gets cancelled
