    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

    @deepoberoi83 @airtelindia Airtel can't resolve any issue at Customer service level. They escalate it up and up till it reaches the sky and you keep looking up for the resolution. They repeatedly ask you to DM any issue but no service comes thereafter.
