    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

    50% of time your network is having problems ..so net speed is very poor..i hv recently switched from jio ..i think it was a wrong decision @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i hv shared my location plz check

    @airtelindia - Dear Team, I am using Xsafe , where I have bought up two camera , from last 5-6 months, it is not working , have connected multiple times with customer care over 9860998609 , but yet to see if any technician is visiting to resolve it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , what a fantastic way to block customers from talking to Appellate. The SR number entered never works and after 3 tries you are kicked out. What a waste of time? 31-6752030462407, 31-6779680165555, closed with no action.

    Got a new eSIM but it’s not showing up on my phone. Visited the Airtel store and was told it’s “not in their hands” no resolution or guidance provided. This is really frustrating. Can someone from the support team please step in and help fix this ASAP? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews It is just a scam there wifi doesn't work and when I call customer care they say it's from last month I have received two months straight high bills this is a prepaid wifi which is getting high and no one is helping #airtelscam

    @airtelindia trying for WiFi Connection since Sunday . Your engineers are not attending although paid 1500 INR on 15th Mar. Today is 18th. When do we expect service ? Else kindly return back the money
