@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a disgusting speed of your network last 1 month . Browsing speed is just 1 kbps and download speed is also worse. If we pay for 4G service why we use 2G speed #Network .please solve this as soon as possible.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4g speed really sucks...it's better to have a 2g network ....both prepaid and postpaid network is worthless with a downloading speed of 48kbps....too many call drop issue...why are you taking your network to the era of 90's...

The past week, there has been significant drops in airtel mobile network. Call drops, video conferencing on phone using mobile data drops regularly even if you are at one place, hotspot connects but hardly any speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Switched to @airtelindia for better service but within a week of use I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of customer support. There's virtually no way of directly talking to a person. They keep you hooked up with AI on all lines. #Airtel #badcustomerservice #badAI
