    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I am trying to cancel a broadband connection but even after physically going to the Airtel store, they are not helping. My dad is a senior citizen and this is truly unacceptable behaviour. Please help me cancel Airtel broadband connection.

    @JioCare Yesterday I raised a request SR00001BJ9NS dtd. 13-Jun 08:25 am & I was informed that technicians r going to visit between 2 to 3 pm. None came till now even after repeated complaint on customer care. Pathetic customer service. Need to think on switching to @airtelindia

    [2] whenever i tried to call the airtel ground engineer, most of the time they don't pick up the call or say they won't install the connection or it will take couple more days or say they will contact me later but never did.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have 1 landline but am receiving bills for 2. Have been complaining since Jan 2022, but no resolution. Zero complaints doesn't mean taking no complaints. First my number was billed to 2 users for 6 months and now this What is the fraud ?
