Its been 5 hours of total blackout for airtel broadband and fibre network in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala... At these times of work from home such a shame Such a bad experience from you guys I surely need to rethink of continuing the service with you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I live in Hinjewadi Pune and for past 2-3 days fiber broadband is in its utmost un-reliable state, even after fixing with a new modem. Service is delayed and pathetic. So many fluctuations. Please do something about it.

@airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence I'm tired of airtel. I had recharged a 2999 pack and I still have no data. I've already contacted support, sent them all details including ph number and screenshots of transaction and they repeatedly keep asking the same details and do nothing!
