    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am so tired of your pathetic customer care. You guys delayed my disconnection request for months and now asking me to pay for service I didn’t use. Multiple emails , calls and tweets to explain the issue is for nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.

    I hv applied fastag on 24th from airtel thanks app, till now I haven't received any communication regarding this. Fastag is activating within 5min at roadside but airtel tking dis much of time & without communicating with customer. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @fastagofficial
