  @Airtel_Presence I don't need cheap apologies.. Just fix the issue.. This seems to be a big scam. @airtelindia 1st falsely took the amount of their customers for services and then cancle the same by themselves and then by keeping amount in their bank they make very big interest on that amount

  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Please dont dupe your existing customers when we request for disconnection. To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.

  @Airtel_Presence Day 8 of my airtel airfibre wifi outage- Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 8june closed without resolution. Req 31-1000014292419 13/6 still pending. No one visited. Airtel is still sleeping @airtelindia

  please shut down your service . When I don’t recharge my Airtel WiFi, I keep getting calls every day, which becomes really frustrating. But when I do recharge, the internet speed is so poor that I can’t even watch a FIFA match properly. this is Very Frustrating @airtelindia

  @airtelindia It's a very bad network. Nowadays Airtel doesn't work on normal 4G or 5G. If you can't get the network right, then why is it India's No. 1 network?
