    @Airtel_Presence It 2 days after i have requested for plan change but still not done. My black plan was unbundle without authorisation n now my 3 number are thrown in home plan, been asked to pay 900 per number n there is unwillingness from @airtelindia to help.

    @ankit_rck @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They truly don't give a damn about their customers. After taking your money they are not bothered at all. Please raise a consumer court complaint online. I already did it.

    Being a Airtle black customer means more frustration. Called the 121 line 30 times in 2 days with no resolution for broadband connection shifting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. It has been a headache to follow up and listen to the same reply every call. Hope someone can resolve!

    @airtelindia What kind of service you people are promising I don't understand. I ordered a sim online through Airtel thanks app and I got a call. I told him the address clearly but he didn't come to deliver the sim. If the sim card won't deliver today i'll move to another network

    Twitter asks "what's happening?" Well in the era of 5g where internet access is a click away, I am stuck with Airtel's not so 5g (speed of 2g or 3g) network. Time to switch to a better network. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely not satisfied with explanation in DM! If it’s truth that the 1.3 GB Airtel’s data required to watch just 16 minutes on the Amazon prime, I am definitely going to port this number to an another service provider after completion of current prepaid cycle!!!
