    @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

    @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 @Airtel_Presence it’s been 5 days since we made a complaint .. every month at least 3 days internet is not there .. how do think we can run our offices. made several complaints, you staff is saying there is issue company is not ready to address. unfortunately even after this you won’t fix .. I just wanted it to vent out.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Air Fiber WiFi connectivity issue since morning, router sometimes comes online for two three mins, then turn orange yellow, and since last 1 hr it is completely red. I work from home and it is critical for me. Location PIN - 713212

    @airtelindia Pls cancel my New Airtel Wi-Fi + TV request AWEHXFZ5Z0 and refund my payment.Installation was confirmed for today 6 PM, but was rescheduled to Sep 8 without any prior intimation. I’m not willing to wait that long. Please restore/continue my previous plan and confirm.

    Currently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please resolve my issue. I’ve already shared all the details via DM. Despite contacting customer care 4+ times and waiting over a week, the issue remains unresolved. Please look into this urgently, or I’ll be forced to port out all my connections.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel broadband has been completely down since August 31st at 4 PM, and despite raising service request 11039312225, I'm getting zero resolution! This is beyond unacceptable service. Fix this immediately! It's been more than 48hrs #AirtelWrstSrv

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unacceptable service delay. Wi-Fi speed has been degraded for >2 days • Ticket ID: 11039480939 (unresolved) • Callback req: Missed(due date was 1st Sep) Zero follow-up despite clear SLA breach. Need an immediate escalation & engineer visit today
