  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My ₹349 Unlimited 5G plan is active, and your customer care has confirmed it. My phone stays on 5G, but after my daily 2GB is exhausted, the internet stops completely. check my 5G provisioning and resolve this issue.

  @airtelindia us the old one would be cancelled. We specifically asked whether the existing connection could simply be upgraded or the plan changed. We were told no, and that a new connection on a different number was the only solution. 2/8

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Customer care repeatedly says "SIM not in his name" - even though it's linked to his Aadhaar (confirmed on Sanchar Saathi), banks, PAN & all government services. ReKYC deadline Jul 20 - no OTPs. Local center (Vinukonda, Andhra Pradesh) helpless, forcing him to travel to Guntur.

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Unlimited 5G recharge, but my internet stops after my daily data quota is exhausted.After that, 5G doesn't work at all, even though the plan clearly includes Unlimited 5G. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
