Hi @airtelindia ,@Airtel_Presence I live in patna(5g enabled area) and just recharged with an Airtel pack of 479 with a hope to avail your unlimited 5g data service but the tym i recharged my 5g connectivity switched to 4g and i'm being charged on my daily data limit.

@airtel due to the internet shutdown in punjab from 18th to 21st March Internet services has been stopped by the government. Then how can my only contacts can consume the Internet as mentioned in your records according to the customer care services @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
