Absolutely appalled at the kind of customer support @airtelindia is providing. I’ve been using Airtel Postpaid for 5 years now. Raised a request for Airtel broadband. An executive got in touch with me and told me my 200 mbps internet connection will be active in two days

@Airtel_Presence I don’t want your apology. You’ve caused me enough troubles. Sadly, I don’t even have another provider to jump. I want my services restored right now and a rep to work on my issue right now. I have no clue what priority means to @airtelindia anymore. This is beyond frustration!🤬
