    Hi @airtelindia why do you force users to listen to all the 25 options and the entire announcement before allowing option entry?! Extremely irritating for repeat calls which is necessarily. Why do you force users to listen to entire account balance before registering complaint?! Why does your call center ask same details again?! Completely useless!

    @airtelindia Hello, My father is facing internet issue from past 3 days and it’s getting disconnected every alternate day. Account id is | 0541419906553_wifi | He is senior citizen and doesn’t know how to contact customer care. App doesn’t have option to raise service ticket .

    @airtelindia it's very bad decision. I'm doing work from home. If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? Is there any rule that I shouldn't connect my phone with my another phone thru hotspot?

    @airtelindia My Airtel number since 2009,now it was deactivated for non-KYC. I'm in Gurugram but team asked me to visit AP for activate This is inconvenient and it cost me amount of time,money.Multiple mails sent no reply. Pls help with an alternate KYC proces and restore my num

    @airtelindia Customer Number 02042898854 For full day, 15 July, wifi down. I mentioned you multiple times that I am waiting for waiver information for the compensation of the services not given for the amount I paid. Let me know if anywhere else I should escalate
