    @airtelindia Malpractice of taking customer money, unless they raised the issue is continuing- even when SR can clearly says that its not fixed. Plus, if I don't give OTP for reschedule, they will close the ticket in background. Strange customer service!!

    @airtelnews @airtelindia it has been more than a month and I am still waiting for my money.i had requested for suspension of the sevices in May. The worst part is when I do query on customer care number there is no way to connect to customer care person to talk about
