    Complaint id- 10910678502 — Promised resolution yesterday, but no fix yet. 3 days without Wi-Fi and still waiting? This is unacceptable. Paid for service but getting none. Stop giving false timelines and resolve this ASAP. What about compensation for the downtime? @airtelindia

    Began at 10:30. Still pressing 2, 4, 1 , 3 and all other random numbers, resolution nowhere to be found. And then there’s dump Airtel app, and customer care. Began porting process 24 hours ago, still to get the UPC code. Harassment at its peak. @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal

    @airtelindia This issue is still unresolved. My 5G unlimited data is not working and only my daily 2GB is being used. The network is stuck on 5G and not switching to 4G. Fix it ASAP @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
