    @airtelindia I was a postpaid user since 2012. Since few days I'm a prepaid user and I recharged my no for 269Rs-1GB data, unlimited calls. After 2days, the same plan is available at 209Rs. But my number is still in old plan. You are really bad at managing the existing customer.

    @Airtel_Presence Despite paying the bill ,Our phones are not working. This is absolutely unfair. Initially you did not send the bill, after lot of F up ,We got the bill and paid on the same day. I think we made a big mistake by moving from Vodafone to Airtel..@airtelindia @TRAI
