    @airtelindia I have visited near by airtel customer care to convert my postpaid to prepaid. the procedure all done but for final process OTP is not received other bank msg are coming but airtel otp not coming what is the problem. Please look into this. I have paid extra charges

    @Airtel_Presence I know this already. Your colleague Taranjeet told me 5 days ago but still, you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not doing anything its had been 7days. I don't care about money, I am ready to pay your INR 300 and 18% GST on that but my problem must be resolved.

    Today even after paying rental & registering 4 DND the unwanted calls are not stopped. Public number subscription can be incentivise like zero rentals, or free recharges, or earning. This will also help inceasing subscribers and spectrum utilisation. @reliancejio @airtelindia
