@airtelindia I have dth in my hometown. For now, the house is empty. I get calls from your retention team day and night to reactivate the connection. I have conveyed several times that at present, I do not want it and will reactivate when I am there. Please look into the issue.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is not working for the past 48 hrs. After multiple calls and escalations,resolutions hasn't been provided yet. There is also no satisfactory answers are provided by customer care that why this issue is happening and why it is not solved yet

@airtelindia services is so worst it's been more then 24 hourse connection is not working in my area and after trying to calling technician, Local manager and all no one is picking my calls😡. Every alternative days I am facing this issue. Not sure what @VittalGopal is working on
