    Repairing the Xstreamfiber guy asked for money for changing the wire, and also without bill . So i asked them that i will not pay then they left without repair , today is the 4th consecutive day airtel fiber is not working. Great service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .

    Where the hell is airtel customer service gone, cant talk neither through 121 nor through 198 ,the problem is i applied for sim upgrade to 4g sim, but its been 3 days and i dont seem anything happening and on calling can't connect to customer service,no. 8439502.....@airtelindia

    @airtelindia I need refund of the advance payment I made for airtel extreme broadband yesterday. Your team however visited today and refused connection due to technical issue, and no-one is helping

    @airtelindia My fibre connection is not working from 2 days i have registered complain 2 days ago no action taken yet. Terrible service for fibre connection.

    @airtelindia hi I’m somewhere in Vapi/ Silvassa at a resort and I’ve been out of network for more than 2hrs! It’ll be great if you could look into this and somehow manage to help me. I wasn’t expecting this from Airtel at all.
