    Not resolved then status shows 48 hr. Till today no response and this is really pathetic and ignorance of customer ,i really not expected such after paying such a high amount for airtel fiber. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we are actually fed up of your lame responses and zero resolution. Customer since 2 years but now it's not worth it. Recently recharged for 6 months. What is the process to apply for refund due to no resolution on your end and poor customer servic. Please reply asap
