    Hey @airtelindia very bad service from your side. Today my airtel sim suddenly stop working I went to your retailer in my town and he arranged me a duplicate sim for that but charges 50 rupees which is unfair first I have faced your bad service and now also charged 50 rupees

    @airtelindia such a pathetic service, paid broadband bill after 4 hours also it's not working no proper response from customer care and executives are disconnecting call. Requesting activate my connection or refund my money so I can switch service providers. @Airtel_Presence.

    @airtelindia I've been given a wrong commitment for 2 months free airtel dth service. And now I'm getting only 1 month free. I had a word with customer care. They are saying that they can't help, i have to pay the full amount. Please look into this. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I don't know if it's just me or is @airtelindia network just non existent for Mumbai users. Both my broadband and mobile network have disappeared for one week. No phone calls, mobile internet, no home broadband.
