@airtelindia your xstream broadband service is not worth at all, its not just a month I've taken the connection but it has already stopped working for 5 days, worst service. Have to stop my meetings today. U r responsible for this pay back the amt Worst service. @Airtel_Presence

Highly disappointed with the service of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . The issues reported to the customer care over telephone is never resolved and constant reminders about it have all gone in vain. It's better to port out if you want better service. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia hey airtel, I have a 40mbps plan(xstream fiber) but everyday my speed gets slow(below 30mbps) for 4 to 8 hours. The jitter is always too high that is 40+ms.Sometimes the internet also goes down.
