    @airtelindia hello, Is it Airtel 5G network covered in Tambaram, Chennai. If it is, I am unable to get 5G network in my Samsung m33 5G .Pl inform the steps to be taken.

    Again, there is an unplanned outage for which we (customers) are not informed. There're 200 families who have airtel broadband in our society and all of them are now forced to move to another vendor due to this problem of unplanned outages!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Took your sim yesterday and inserted today, it's not working. Your call center wants me to go to the office with all my documents and get a new one issued ! When you come to deliver door step then replace also but you won't! Requested disconnection
