@JioCare Faizan i believe no telecom service provider except JIO put a connection on suspension for breaching the due date by 1 day, that too for cx who never defaulted the payment during entire relationship with Jio. U lost my faith in JIO i will go back to @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you are unable to provide basic services to Long standing customers why do you impose such high tariffs on existing customers to maintain your ARPU. I am utterly disappointed the way Airtel is providing poor service to its existing customers who is using since Last 10 Years.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Using airtel broadband service since September 2020. Paying 499 + tax for 16Mbps speed (copper wire) expect last month. I'm tired of raising complaints due to connectivity (all days) and speed issues. Worst broadband service.
