    @airtelindia your team is a cheat. Guy named Vishal from FBS teams Lajpat Nagar Delhi sold me a plan that doesn't exist. I have raised a complaint with Appellate team, 121 and store. No action has been taken and now my outgoing services have stopped. #cheater #fakeairtel @TRAI

    @airtelindia why can’t you improve your network? So far you are the worst I have seen for network coverage, customer support and your mobile app is pathetic. I made a mistake by porting to Airtel, soon I will go back to Vodafone.

    @Airtel_Presence The issue was resolved three days ago but re occured last night, with same problem of no Netflix and You tube. This defect happened on 21, 28 Dec, 03 and 05 Jan. This is the third STB changed. Will @airtelindia analyse the actual defect rather than using hit and trial methods.
